    4.

Our performances barring the game against DUTD, this season have been shocking. The team lacks cohesion and direction in it's play and I think that's the fault of the manager.

Ross County are rock bottom of the league, we swept them away but I still didn't think we played all that well tbh, one of those games.

The result in Salzburg was fantastic but we could barely keep the ball for more than 5 passes, Gordon secured that point for us.

Whoever votes 1 should be locked in a room with ulsterscot for a night with the Pukki party gif constantly on in the background.

3 for me i keep looking for progression or cohesion in our style "i keep thinking the players must know what there doing by now" and every other game or every european game the players just look slow and baffled

we dont look capable of breaking down any team

i think if we played the way we do in these european games against scottish opposition i think we'd get skelped

the players look majorly unhappy and confused on the field of play and our best players seem to be our 2 central backs i almost think we would be better with them playing in midfield they are so composed and their control is so good

yeah im losing faith fast :(

instead of trying to totally change everythink like wipe players thought of football and instill your own maybe you should think that the players and supporters need to enjoy it a little bit and to me there is no sign of that

That Depeche Mode when we score!!
I think Ronny is going to have the last laugh, and in 3 years time when other clubs want him so many doubters will beg him to stay on!

If you would have asked before the game last night I would have been a 7-8. But after watching that I have dropped to a 5, just not sure now.

Which is really a pity because I really bought into his philosophy and ideas.

I voted 7 which is probably a little higher than at the outset . I find it difficult to understand how anyone could vote at either extreme of 1 or 10, but I suppose that is what makes a forum interesting .
That idiot Cookie Monster should note that I would be very particular as to who I would spend the night with , and let there be no doubt a half wit like him would be at the bottom of my list .

I voted 2. I don't think he will be a success. Tactically inept. The job is too big for him.

I'm still right behind Ronny and Collins but last night was pretty chastening because we were so poor for the majority of the match. You could see what we were trying to do a lot of the time (basically play like Bayern Munich - play a possession game in the opposition's half using a high line) but our passing, movement and pressing weren't good enough to pull it off, so we would lose the ball with misplaced passes and the opposition would have space to run into, or we would complete the pass only to stand still and leave the receiving player no options. We've got to get better and much faster in our passing and movement if we are going to make that style work for us, because let's face it a decent side would have buried us before half time last night. I expect a response at the weekend.

it seems as if ronnie is just gonna keep playing and hope we get the perfomances right sooner or later, there doesn't seem to be a plan b when we are playing badly and that is hard to take a fan

Solid 8, when he eventually has a squad full of players willing to fully implement his ideas we'll start to motor.

I like him and I like what he's trying to do as well.

    I also voted 8. Might've been 9 before last night's game though :smiley-laughing002:

But what defines success for Ronny, say we win the league by a baw hair and win both cups, is that success? Or will a narrow margin of victory in the league be unnaceptable?

Suppose we will find out by the end of the season

I'm prepared to give him more time. He has a shoe string budget to work with aswell. Saying that it's the reason we have him as the others would have wanted more money to spend
