I would say he got two assists as well. His strength and awareness made the goal for Johansen. Got his body in front of the defender, and knew he was going to get clattered. The little breaks just aren't going his way, but he put in a good shift last night.

    Scepovic deserves more game time.

Thought he was terrific last night without scoring, probably his best performance I think. Even in other games has been scoring he hasn't played particularly well, much like Commons last season.

Can see he's lacking confidence but his link-up play was great last night, he looked much stronger and his work rate was good.

How does he? Ronny doesn't seem to stand on ceremony with players. If Scepovic has been performing well in training I think he'd get more of a chance?
The fact that he seems well behind Guidetti & Griffiths in the pecking order seems fair to me! Guidetti & Griffiths have given a lot more on the pitch than I've seen from Scepovic thus far!

Guidetti done his job well last night, in the formation we're in the strikers main job is to link up and create space for the 3 attacking midfielders behind him and get in on goal if he can. He set up 2, he held up the ball well, his movement allowed the 3 behind him to get in at goal.

He got wrongly flagged offside twice while through on goal. It wasn't a great performance but it was a good team performance. Without those offside decisions and maybe 2 goals to his name as well last night it would have been. Small margins in football, when you're on a run like Guidettis those margins seem to go against you.

Said the exact same. Everything just seems to be going against him. The referee even managed to block one of his passes second half when it hit him on the back of the heel. That is the type of luck he is having at the minute.

I thought he played really well last night, worked hard and helped set up two goals, always involved. Was just extremely unlucky with the pish offside calls etc.

Apparently we're giving Ian Black a job at painting and decorating the dressing rooms.
