[Cross Platform] FIFA 15

Ultimate team is great, takes some time to build a proper team though.

 

John Guidetti!! The guy has been a beast for me so far on FUT.

 

* sake disconnected in the last minute of a game that would gave me division 10 champions in season now I have to play a fulll gane again.

 

Gameplay is good but ive ran into a few annoying bugs which has tainted my first impressions somewhat such as lagging even in the menus and even when offline although i managed to fix this one myself, in seasons when you pick your subs before the game it always reverts back too default settings when the game starts and some of my results havent registered after the match. Also Ronaldo is OP.

 

Is it just me who plays against a home team with their away kit on 90% of the time on Seasons? :smiley-laughing002: And almost everytime I wear my away kit I'm at home. It might be nitpicking but it curbs the realism quite significantly for me. Liverpool wearing their Yellow kit at Anfield doesn't look authentic.

How hard would it be to assign the stadium to the team wearing the Home kit? Especially when it's the likes of Fenerbache v Everton, where a dull generic stadium is used instead of Goodison. Also still hate that the same 2 teams can be paired against each other, why has this problem not been eradicated in any Football game? I don't want to see Manchester United v Manchester United. It's pretty lazy.

Apart from that, the game is quality. It's definitely the best simulation of football ever made. There are a few issues with the GK AI that need fixed though, but the new GK physics make a big difference, get all sorts of new goals, remember before it wasn't even possible for the keeper to get a touch on the ball and go in? Any touch would be a save. Makes you realise how robotic and limited they were before. I actually think this is the most improved FIFA since 07 to 08 purely because you can actually skin players now, it opens up a whole new dimension to the gameplay. Defending is a lot harder and it looks like it'll take time to master, you actually have to work to get the ball back now rather than the CPU doing it for you when you got in close-proximity to the player with the ball.

Corners are a lot more complex now, no longer the tiresome chip and lame header by bashing Circle which must have contributed to 25% of goals on FIFA 14 :smiley-laughing002: Was actually impossible to defend, it was close to a game-breaker. I'm actually finding it hard to score from corners now, they were like a dangerous freekick from just outside the box before, now they're perfect. The new manual Player Positoning feature opens up a lot of potential to set-pieces, already seen some Scholes-esque volleys from miles outside the box.

 

You could score in FIFA 14 with the keeper getting a touch??

 

I didn't mean specifically any versions, I meant in general to highlight how much they've improved in recent years. The keepers in 14 were so poor, like Rab Douglas on every corner.

 

The subs on seasons are starting to annoy me. I want the subs I picked * sake.

Is there only 8 divisions on seasons now? Won my first two games, stuffed Nantes and Leicester and both guys forfeited pretty quickly This game is the easiest to skin people on of any Fifa ever, you only really have to sprint at people and you go running past them. Forrest, Guidetti, Wakaso and VVD are all op as * as well.

Always put Celtic in the EPL and start a manager mode on world class.

3rd in December with basically no money, such a good challenge though. Even better this year with every EPL stadium

 

Anyone tell me if the matchmaking in divisions are better this year? I didn't use my Celtic team that much last year because I kept bumping into gold Serie A and BPL teams. How is it this year?

 

In general it has improved I agree but you made it sound as if this was the first fifa the keeper could get a touch on the ball and go in
