    I know that its better to get the best man appointed as our new Manager than to rush an appointment . However because of the importance of European Qualification I think that we would need our new man appointed by June 1st .

    I think the earliest we could appoint a manager would be the end of next week. I agree though we shouldn't let this drag on into June.

    Without a manager and without an assistant manager, no tie would be a doddle without these two in place . Players are been released from their contracts now and maybe the new manager would want to sign one or two. If we don't appoint one within the next week or so , the more attractive free transfers may be already signed up.

    I think Neil leaving was on the cards but it happened quite quick on suit level if you know what I mean
    So all in all it leaves the board with a lot of homework and paperwork to carry out

    Celtic being Celtic now a days won't rush things 2 weeks at the max

    Celtic have today extended the season ticket renewals deadline until May 30th (next Friday).

    My immediate thoughts are that this means we will have someone in place middle of next week in the hope it pushes people to renew for the new boss.

    Im betting Malky Mackay will be announced on Wednesday...
