I really hope he is our Martinez/Rodgers i.e. comes and changes the philosophy of the club from the bottom up.

 

Baffling some of the logic on here, so we should not consider him because he's Norwegian and Norwegian sides haven't done well in Europe.

 

They, like us, have fallen on hard times financially while the top european countries have sky rocketed..

Norway still produce better home grown players than us and still have a better standard of teams than us, overall..
