I dunno but hopefully not. I despise the other lot marching about trying to * me off (which they make a good job of, if I had an artic lorry with dodgy brakes I'd plow over the * lot of them and claim insanity). So I dont like our lot parading around either cause Im not a hypocrite, and I dont think its a good idea to copy the antics of the fat * thick as pig * inbreds that would repeatedly walk into a lampost rather than walk round it.

There's a difference between the city with the largest Irish diaspora commemorating their patriot dead and a sectarian organisation celebrating their supremacy over Catholics.

I hope there is some sort of commeration. They deserve that at the very least.

I would love to see a march just to get it right up them. If they can march so can we.

    Who's we?

Marching to get it up 'them' defeats the purpose of what the Easter commemorations are meant to be about. Its nothing to do with 'them' or 'us', its about remembering Irelands patiot dead.

Leave the triumphalism to the Orange marches.

I'd also like to know who you mean by "we".

Personally I find all parades annoying and I would ban most of them.

Don't really see a need for a parade. I definitely agree there can be no comparison made between Orange marches and parades/marches commemorating Ireland's dead, but I just think they are used for all the wrong reasons, a la Spellcheck and Glasgow could do without any of them. People should be free to honour who they want but I don't think they should encroach on other people's lives.

What "wrong" reasons are republican parades used for?

To cause a reaction without actually truly believing in what they are attending or have any real understanding of what it's about. People attend these sorts of things looking for trouble.

You think every single person that attends marches/parades that are knowingly going to cause offence to some people are all there for the right reasons and not as some sort of get it up you action?

To be fair I should have said 'some people', as in the minority.

Some people probably attend Celtic matches for the same reason. Should the club be disbanded?

Who are they getting it up exactly? All of the Republican parades I know of stick to Republican areas (Coatbridge, Carfin, GG etc...)

A very TINY minority of attendees, yes.

Those people do not represent what the annual parades are in representation of, and official stewards do a good job keeping these pests at bay.....or away.

I'll ask again, where did you gain your knowlege of these trouble-making parades?

I didn't say anything about 'trouble-making parades', I said, or meant to say, some people go to them looking for trouble, which is just an assumption based on the attention these kind of things attract.
