It's his tactics that * me off. Starting Matthews was a poor decision, starting Samaras was a poor decision. I think he needs to man up and drop Brown if i'm honest. I know when Brown is playing the stats show we are a better unit, but my * is he a poor footballer, I would shove Biton in CM with Johansen and try it out for the remainder of the season. Would play Griffiths up front with Pukki/Balde. Boerrigter give him a shot on the left aswell.

With our fans, we must have. If we won a CL final 2-1 half of them would want Forster sold for conceding a goal in the final.:smiley-laughing002:

I'd be happy to see the back of him. The two cup exits and CL group stage campaign have been absolutely disgraceful.

The only problem is getting someone half decent in to replace him.

I would do it for free!

And I bet I would win the league to :50:

European qualification would be a different matter though.

    Not enough nutritional knowledge :52:

Haven't been closely following his progress but apparently he ain't doing to well over in Sweden.

Wouldn't want anything to lessen my opinion of that man.

Wonder if Malky Mackay would fancy a dig at the CL.

No idea what you're talking about son.

    You I mean, not me.

I'm well aware it's just the usual ramblings of a kid with tens of thousands of posts on an Internet forum :50:

The thing im most worried about is that I cant see Neil guiding this group of players to another cl group stages unless something drastically changes, namely players attitudes.

Sadly, i'm worried at present. Our Scottish Cup performances have hidden the inept League Cup performances under his tenure. Until today, benefit of the doubt was given (for me anyway.)

At present, i'm at the stage of saying "keep Lennon" because I don't know who I would want who is available.

That's a change for me from wanting him because I want him to stay.

At present, he's overseen a fantastic league record that surpasses expectations this season.

On the other 3 fields it's been very poor. There is no hiding from that.

The question is whether he is ready to stay on and make a serious move toward improvement in conjunction with the board.

But no mistake - an improvement is needed. He has the players at his disposal to do far better in the Cups. Overall, he has a poor record.

No creativity or vision anywhere on the park, pass it sideways all day long.:31:

Virgil, Ambrose and James Forrest the only guys that actually runs with the ball at their feet.

We defo need a creative player who can actually spot a run and execute a difficult pass.

Johansen sits too deep to be that type of player from what I've seen.

Can't believe anyone wants Lennon to leave after that result. We got beaten by the 2nd best team in the country in a one off cup game.

If i was to pick any game to slip up in I would have bet on this one. Aberdeen are slowly growing into a force to be reckoned with. It is testament to Scottish football getting better. Something we all want.

Obviously i am gutted we're out the cup but to suggest Lennon should leave on the back of it is massively harsh

Agreed. He's a totally different player to what I thought he'd be!

It's not just based on this result.

This is one of many failures.
