Struggled big time. He ran about but the game just flew by him. I said it during the week and unfortunately was proven right, in that these types of games are the ones Robson thrives on. He bossed the midfield.

    He was shocking today.

Got to realise that this is still effectively the preseason for him though and he'll need time to get back to game speed and regain his form.

Johansen and Brown were * awful in the middle. Aberdeen's midfield completely dominated.

Passenger the majority of the game and left Brown battling against 3 in the midfield. Not impressed as of yet.

Complete passenger today, the game passed him by. Very early days though and I'm sure he'll learn.

Said before we signed Johansen he was meant to be very slow, he was painfully slow today and blowing out his * by half time. He also looks weak in the physical side of the game.

Was unfair on him and Brown today, completely over run by the Aberdeen midfield while we had too many attackers on the park.

Cruised last week- think he was caught by surprise with the physicality of the Aberdeen mid field. Bullied.

    Give him time to settle.

Did I watch the same match? Apart from a few slack passes I thought he was decent enough.

For the most part, comfortable on the ball, got stuck in and overall wasn't bad.

    One of the better performers.

Our entire midfield were second best to their opponent today, not just Johansen. Not one of them get pass marks off me.

He made a few good passes and had more than one vital interception. If it wasn't for him tracking back it could have been a lot worse.

Folk on here just knee jerking again because he didn't set the game alight. I thought he was much better than Brown today. He was * awful.

Can see some of his qualities, but he will take time to adjust.

Trying to take any positives from today, I think that in terms of physicality and aggression, this could do Johansen the world of good. Debut against a poor St Mirren side maybe gave him a false sense of confidence but he was up against good, hard-working players in Robson and Flood and it probably opened his eyes up to how physical and intense Scottish football can be.
