We lost out 3 best players in each position , Wilson , Vic , Hooper and replaced none of them says it all board gambled and * up big time . At the same time Lenny and that spineless lot * us tonight by playing * and him being clueless on the touchline .

 

The worst Celtic team I have ever seen, and I don't know why you all suck up Ledley's *. On top of that, he didn't even look like he wanted to be on the pitch tonight... not to mention how lazy he is. From what I saw of Van Dijk in Germany, I saw a * performance like that coming.

Why was Ambrose not playing? He's our most experienced defender and also our best (in my opinion)

Not sure why we play this patient build-up game if nobody is making any moves off the ball...I've seen Rio Ferdinand make better runs.

500+ passes doing what? going backwards! Why did we keep trying to cross the ball into the box with players like Forrest and Commons up there? (yes - i'm aware forrest almost scored)

At the end of the day - they always looked more dangerous than us. We were too slow at going forward (they had time to get back and set up a picnic everytime), and the fact that they had just as many shots as us on goal with half the posession shows you how * our defense + midfield are.

Don't get your hopes up with a new striker before the second leg either. We should've had replacements for Hooper & Wanyama before the window even opened... not to mention that Wilson should never have left - Don't care if it's for personal reasons, he was still under contract and we shouldn't be selling our best players. What is £2.5 million to us anyway?

If we play anything like we did against Elfsborg at home in the second leg - then it will just be a painful repeat of tonight. Not to mention if we get caught out on the counter attack/corner/throw-in and they score an away goal, we are *.

The people who are saying 'we can still progress' don't have a clue. There is no way to overlook the fact that Celtic have been beaten by the worst side in the Champions League.

This is the same club that only a few years ago were eliminated from European football by St. Pat's Athletic.

 

Lenny should have changed the formation. We could have gone 3-5-2. Our midfield 3 were * running back and forward. Forrest goes missing for too long, Samaras is * useless up front on his own. This was an example of why we need a big physical forward, we have no plan B. We couldn't play through them, but putting the ball in wide to Sammy is a waste of time. Shocking, not good enough !
