Who are some of the best (maybe unknown to mainstream) rappers who don't rap about *, money and * but actually rap about issues and that. Like Lupe Fiasco, Mos Def and them.

I enjoy very few rap albums, haven't bought one in ages. I did like Sway's This Is My Demo and The Roots' Illadelph Halflife though. This Is My Demo is very witty and intelligent. Scroobius Pip is a very good lyricist too.

There are so many but pound for pound considering all aspects like word play, multiples, delivery, punchlines & content, I would say:
Kool G Rap, Black Thought, early Nas, Rakim, Canibus, GZA, Killah Priest, Ghostface, early Pharoahe Monch...

    Celticbhoy111 know's his *!

From a more un-known point of view you guy's have to check this guy out, his name is wax he started of as a youtube rapper and gained a bunch of views and fan's over the year's and now I believe he's signed to def jam. Anyway I don't want to spam you with lot's of different songs but just listen to these two and I defy anyone to say he isn't great.

This is his first "big" video it's really raw but it's a classic: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_7TPcGksW5M"]WAX: NEW CRACK!!!! - YouTube[/ame]

And this was his first single off his first mixtape, he's not usually into the singing this much (although he has a great voice) but i'm just highlighting his diversity:[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2SIAdeVBzw"]Wax - Dispensary Girl - YouTube[/ame]

    Enjoy :50:

You chill with the feedback black we don't need that
It's ten o'clock hoe, where the *'s your seed at?
Feeling mad hostile, ran the apostle
Flowing like Christ when I speaks the gospel
Stroll with the holy roll then attack the globe with the buckus style
the ruckus, ten times ten men committing mad sin
Turn the other cheek and I'll break your * chin
Slaying boom-bangs like African drums (we'll be)
Coming around the mountain when I come
Crazy flamboyant for the rap enjoyment
My clan increase like black unemployment
    Yeah, another one dare,
Tuh-took a genius (to) take us the * outta here
