    It's being reported that one of the reasons why WWE has been holding off on calling up talents from NXT is because WWE COO Triple H does not want new talents to be called up unless the creative team has a solid long-term plan worked out for them.

    It was reported a while back that this was going to be one of Triple H's new policies moving forward.
