    He ticks almost every box id be looking for in an ideal Celtic manager. Passionate, level headed, has justified opinions, gives the team playing for him backing confidence and drive, and isn't afraid to pull any punches when it comes to sticking the boot into the Huns or anyone else. Really hope he remains at the helm for decades on present form and statistics. Only one Neil Lennon!!!

    Brilliant statement from Lennon, also showing great respect for the employees and Ally McCoist, saying these are the people who don't deserve to be in this mess but he has no sympathy for the people who dragged the club down.

    No doubt the media won't post any of his sympathetic parts and will simply post the parts where he says he has no sympathy for the men who dragged the club down and he does'nt want any discussion of the 'devaluing' of the title win. No doubt with a picture of him snarling or making a gloating face :87:

    As I've said before on here, Neil Lennon ticks pretty much every box for what I look for in a Celtic manager. It just feels right having him leading our club.

    I am glad Lenny hasnt actually said that. He might be right but he needs to give himself a break and not bring a whole new heap of grief on himself. His job is to run the team not comment on Rangers or past treatment of Celtic. I am glad he stopped short because he would be in danger of sounding unprofessional and too like a fan in the dugout. Someone like Billy McNeill or Tommy Burns would have not commented on Rangers.
