My rocket did not shoot (firework btw)

Alrite guys. Me family were setting off fireworks on sat night. We had a collection of them, lots of general fireworks and 2 bad boys. We set one of the first main rockets off near the start and it was fantastic. We left the last one till the end as you do. Well, for some reason, this firework did not shoot into the sky. We were particularly close to the firework. It was that bad that my ear began ringing and I couldnt hear temporarly (no exaggeration).

My 12 year old brother was just randomly filming the fireworks as you do being a kid. Well he was filming this one...

Why did this not shoot into the sky? Got a wee bit of a fright.

Did you just put the stick in the ground or did you use the wee plastic thing?

 

My mate had some fireworks on saturday for his daughter, he lit the firework and as the fuse was burning the plastic tube move slightly and set the firework straight for the house. Althoough it shouldn`t be amusing, watching a handful of people scarpper in all directions was a laugh. Fortunately no-one was hurt.

 

Yea we placed the firework in the plastic tube, that was * destroyed when we recovered it. It was scary at the time but because we got the video and viewing it back it was hilarious. The bang sounded like something from COD.

 

Me and my brother had an episode from band of brothers last saturday, we were attempting to light 6 fireworks in a row, it all went horribly wrong was only able to light 2 and we shat it as we didn't want to try to quickly light the rest,

as we started to run away i dropped the matches and the torch right next to the fireworks, i said to my brother, "we got to go back, ive dropped the torch and the matches, we've got to save them"

my bro tells me "leave em behind we need to get the * out of here"

hilarious as we sprinted away as the fireworks started to go off, went back after it had finished and the torch and matches were all safe and sound, leave no man behind as they say :icon_mrgreen:

 

last year we got a cupple of dodgy fireworks (no legal)

* amazing and wew loud

alto sum * up

like exploding like bombs

and the thing that make it go up and engine or what ever no working to it wasny shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh up in the sky it was shh bomb in garden

I used to be an idiot with fireworks,one exploded in my hand before.

Yes i do,i actually grew an extra finger from the blast.

Mine was not that serious,got a few days of school an a few bandages on my hand,and lots of free fireworks

 

i almost blew off my fingers with a firework when i was younger. i felt the blast against my hand and was deaf for a while. i was lighting them and throwing them out the window and let go a bit too late. idiot.

 

Why were you throwing fireworks out the window? Are you Balotelli? Or did you see Naismith?

 

i think i was around 13 years old, so that was 1993. i think i was also drunk.
