    Only joking smell my baws:bbpd:

You've probably been sleeping the wrong way or something.

Try not turning your neck to much, and get like a heat pack to try and relax the muscles.

Won't go away right away, may take a few days:50:

Not much you can do for neck pain but deal with it. Try not to keep it still as it will jsut stiffen it and take longer to heal.
And go for a hot bath to relax the muscle then rub some deep heat on it afterwards.

Sometimes my neck gets * up. There's nothing you can really do except take some pain killers or muscle relaxants and wait until it goes away. A massage may help, but it could also make it worse. Perhaps you should see a doctor.

Do you recall doing anything that may have strained your neck?
