I downloaded FM 2011 twice and it didn't work, and I got demo from official site which didn't work either.

I think it's something to do with there not being a disc in the disc drive.

They are 100% safe to download as long as you run anti-virus software. Most downloads do not contain a virus, check the comments before downloading first to make sure. Most games work but you will have a bit of a learning curve at the start. I would give it a go, if you are having problems just ask for help. I have been downloading games for many years and get almost all of them to work, I get the odd virus but it can only do harm if you run it.

So do you download the torrent then scan the torrent?
Or do you wait until you've actully downloaded the program then scan the files?

You don't scan anything. Your anti-virus will do it for you in the background, anytime you run a file, a exe, bat, com etc your anti-virus will check it first and alert you if there is a problem, if you go to youtube and type how to install games via torrent for example you will find loads of videos to help you install games. I would start by downloading this software:-

http://download.cnet.com/1770-20_4-0.html?query=winrar&platformSelect=Windows&tag=srch%3Ba&searchtype=downloads&filterName=platform%3DWindows&filter=platform%3DWindows (Winrar - unzips the files from their compressed state)

http://download.cnet.com/1770-20_4-...Name=platform=Windows&filter=platform=Windows (Daemon Tools lite - This creates a virtual CD-Rom drive to allow you to mount the image file)

Some games come in different formats etc, some need you to replace files. As I say you will find a learning curve here but it's all part of the fun :) Feel free to ask away if you hit any problems.

Don't you just right click and click extract all?
I've got a virtual drive called magic disc but I've no clue how to use it so I'll download that.
I'll remember to ask for help when I start.
    Cheers:50:

Whatever works for you, they all do the same thing in the end. I like demonoid.me as a tracker as people comment alot on the torrents and it's a good community. It's private but I will send you an invitation code just now.

The weird thing is I can run rollercoaster tycoon 3, admittedly I'd doesn't run super fast but it runs.

@Bigstubsy - If you don't have the PC to run these games that a real shame, the oldies are the best anyway :)

@Conbee92 - You will see the magicdisk icon down the bottom right, right-click and go to the very top "virtual disk" in there you will see a option to mount, simply go to the location the file is in and double click it.
