    Yeah, it has a very Sams Town feel to it. It's all based on Vegas again.

    A lot more chilled out than a Killers record I think, not as anthemic. He goes for a sort of Eagles sound in a few tracks but I love the guy so it may very well be terrible I just love everything he does :52:

    That's another framed CD for my wall now :56:

    It's not quite a sad excuse of an album but it's a sad excuse of what was once a really talented guy, unfortunately it's pretty much the same as Day & Age, 2 or 3 standout tracks, the rest is completely bland and uninteresting. At least it doesn't have a stinker like Joy Ride though.
    Standout tracks are probably Jilted Lovers & Broken Hearts and Magdalena

    After listening to the album i think its ok but not what i exspected.Glad i didnt pay for it put it that way.

    haha i get what your saying jasey, i probably said it was excellent because it s free, after a few listens its reasonably enjoyable but not a classic, better than a lot of the keek ive downloaded recently tho, just missing that wee bit of magic

    Melodramatic much? It's subjective at the end of the day but for the majority of Killers fans they will love the album.

    I just feel that he and The Killers have so much potential to write far better songs and albums than the last two he has put out have been which as I say have been mostly bland and uninspiring save a few tracks. Human being the prime example, I'm sure the majority of Killers fans probably liked that too because it's The Killers not because it's a particularly good song.
