I'm not sure why so many Premier League games are so poor, i think too many teams are more worried about losing as opposed to be concerned about winning. The money seriously affects the game. To me, the most entertaining football is at the Championship level, both teams going for it most weeks.

This is exactly it. Every single team in the league is scared of losing as opposed to wanting to win. All the big games are 0-0 draws and further down nobody wants relegated. All down to money, not one bit of prestige involved in the Premier League. Just scared to drop points.

Would agree that usually the EPL is full of boring game with teams just wanting to trying and grind out the season for the money every year, but this season especially nearly all the teams are trying to actually play football and their intent is scoring goals to try win the game.

Aside from the few usual suspects like Bruce, Hodgson and Dyche the smaller teams have been entertaining as *.

Norwich, Brighton, Sheffield Utd all play cracking football and attack like *. In years gone by they’d have been parking the bus every game and trying to nick a draw 90% of games.

Laporte is a player Man City would really miss. He was the key man in their defence last season.
I don't like Man City but I don't like to see players getting hurt.

Yes they look to be in a league of their own !!!
The other four of the top six seem to have lost a step and could be vulnerable to Everton or Leicester.

They're doing a piece about the Norwich man city game on sky sports just now, and they have the team costs on the screen. Says Norwich team cost is 5.5 million. That canny be right surely? They're making * up

Is there anything less clear than VAR rules? * were dishing out penalties for fun last season for everything that hit a hand or everytime someone touched someone in the box now they give some and dont give others?
