    I think the problem with the Ramos one was he seemed to admit it in an interview after the game and say he did it deliberately. Although someone obviously got hold of him as in later interviews he clarified what he meant to say was of course it was a deliberate foul. He blocked the goalie releasing the ball as he feared the quick counter attack.

    Would like to see Taylor start. Impressed when he came on on Saturday. Good range of passing. Think Hayes tends to punt the ball into space a lot from his LB position.

    For me there is no dead rubbers in this competition. Winning the group and potentially going unbeaten would be huge for confidence going into a (hopefully) kinder draw than the last two seasons.

    We've had two cracks at the knockouts and been poor, but I've got a lot more optimism about Lenny's team this season. We've played with purpose and energy that was nonexistent under the snake. He's already said he'll go full strength so hoping we play with even more swagger than we've already done.
