    Yes what are the most painful goals for you that your National Side Have let in??
    Right I will kick off. For me one of the most painful if not the most was the last gasp goal England scored against Scotland at Hampden in June 2017. I can still feel the total pain now,especially the fact that a certain cool Celt had scored two Sensational late free kicks to put us 2-1 up against the Auld enemy.
    Oh the pain:31::31::31:

    The goals we conceded against Georgia (I think it was them), when we had a good chance of qualifying. About ten years ago.

    Easily the OG that Boyd conceded against Brazil in 1998.

    13 at the time and thought we were going to take at least a point off the World Champions. Devastated.

    I was at that game and although it was rough, I actually expected it. Everyone around me was still celebrating our second but after the initial jumping about mental I totally shut up because I basically knew what was coming.

    The worst I remember was Morocco's 2nd goal in France 98, as it effectively ended our chances of progression. I mind being almost tearful and my old man just saying 'you'll get used to it.'

    Same goal for me but different circumstances, was on honeymoon in Paris for World Cup and boydy did that to me. Plane over was full of Scotland fans but I was only one with a Celtic top with his kilt as we went to airport straight from leeds registry office, not everyone on the plane congratulated us when cabin crew gave us free champagne .

    That goal has had enough fairness to last a lifetime without giving it any more :54:

    Not a goal, but Seaman's save from Christian Dailly's header in the playoff at Wembley was also heartbreaking

    But he never did he... and the skill involved in knocking the ball over the defender, rounding him and hitting the ball whilst in the air was brilliant...pity the * is a complete * * ........

    I remember being particularly gutted bout the playoff defeat at Anfield in 95 then having to get up n go to school hungover the next day n no being in the mood.

    In terms of individual goals it would have to be the second as there was always a chance at 1-0.

    Czech Republic in 2011.

    Kevin Blom the referee gave them a dodgy penalty at Hampden... I’ll always remember that referees face and name when I see it.
