    Liver and onions and mushrooms in a kinda beefy red wine sauce that Im going to conjur up. Served with really creamy mashed potato and fried cabbage.

    Mrs C is coming home late after a free toff nosh put on by her professional association.

    So I've had a Mexican pie, some pork scratchings and half a bottle (so far) of wine.

    * me this stuff does kick but the flavour is class, more distinctive than a tabasco etc.

    Hard to be believe the sauce next to it in the shop is 16 times hotter.

    Used to love * like that, spicier the better, until I had a special edition atomic vindaloo a couple year ago and I will never touch anything hotter than a South Indian now out of sheer fear.

    Actually looks nice and light. What else.you put in it? I'm a * cook and when I try to make a penne etc it always feels heavy and no like the restaurants.
