Could've put big Logan Bailly in pumping Gordon Smith's daughter behind the goal line..

I didn't even know Gordon Smith had a daughter, let alone that Logan Baily pumped her. Seems a pity to interrupt them for her to take goal kicks and stuff, so let's stick to Dorus de Vurray.

He didnt have anything to do today but I just feel a lot more confident with him in goals. Very good signing, all going well I believe he will be more than happy to make the move permanent.

An important attribute for a GK is to have a presence, the big man certainly has that.

Just came in to post that. Presence, commanding, whatever you call it, the guy gives me confidence when he's in goals.

Well, if we have to have * on the pitch, I'd personally rather watch Ntcham giving Arfield his wish and... :humpani:

    Easily..

    6'9 or whatever he is..

Just looks scary (especially his face :fear:) and unbeatable. Bain for corners used to get swallowed up in a crowd. Was like lassies football where they all stand on the goalie for corners as they're tiny..

    Too far you :nonono:

They had a shot go narrowly over the bar that would have most keepers beaten all ends up if it did happen to be a bit lower. Forster had it covered in his sleep. Huge benefit having a keeper as big as he is.

if i had known Celtic wanted a keeper who wore slippers and smoked cigars while skelping Sevco i could have saved the club some money

Just watched extended highlights of us against Barca.

That’s possibly the best ever performance by a Celtic player btw :56:

Not even anywhere near the same level mate. He was pumping a crocked Senderos, Forster was against Messi at his best, Alexis Sanchez, Iniesta, Dani Alves, Xavi, David Villa....

    Unreal man

Agreed. Thought he looked a bit ropey. He will get back to form quick enough. He's up there with Shay Given as my favourite 'keeper. He can stay here till retirement.

    Welcome home Fraser.

We have a great wall behind our defence again.

Not a lot in terms of having to make big saves at all but he did have a couple of great punches off corner kicks and already I feel so much better about our back line with big Forster back in nets. Really hope we make the move permanent next summer.

Think the defence feels that way as well, just much more confident with him there.
