CFR Cluj are a limited team, whatever their club coefficient, so please spare us the excuses: Lennon failed.

Even if we lose to them * at Ibrox he wont be sacked, would have to really collapse over next month or so for Lennon to be sacked, last night was a joke from him, the board and the players and he isn't the man to lead us going forward in my opinion, a very poor and lack of ambition appointment considering we had went out all stocks to get rodgers in, however we * need to rally over the coming weeks because whether we as fans want to be in the Europa or not its vital we are and we really could do with beating the huns. Lennon like the rest of us will be absolutely * raging and hurting about the result last night all said and done he's a celtic supporter, however its time he proves us doubters wrong as a manager, rattling pish SPL teams doesn't do that.

Don't think he's at risk of getting sacked anytime soon, but if he fails to make europa and loses at ibrox he'll be under a lot of pressure.

Hopefully pish but not too hard to believe that Lennon doesn't get full say on recruitment.

Elhamed seems a Lennon signing and in his press conferences, Lennon was very enthusiastic about bringing him in.

Julien and Mbombo could well not be his signings.

Exhausting as * the drama our club creates for itself. It really doesn't have to be this hard Celtic.

I was boarding the plane home from salou 4 weeks ago and got talking to a guy who said to me Lennon doesn't rate jullien. This guy said He was an agent. His son played football against my son and that's how the conversation started. I said at the time no way but he was adamant Lennon never signed him. Im now starting to think its true bcoz why isnt he playing him?

I'm more annoyed at Lenny for shifting all the blame on to the players. One of the most important games of the season and he got his tactics wrong. IMO he threw the players under a bus by putting it all on them. Boli might have been crap but at least that was supposed to be his natural position. Calmac was placed in a situation of the managers making. For all the result it really was some match with end to end stuff but we were hamstrung from the outset by the clubs inability to put together a proper defence. You have to wonder if it's deliberate self harm. The team is being constantly down graded with the odd shining light poking through just enough to give us a glimmer of hope and encourage us to keep coming back for more. Make no mistake we have a tough season ahead and there will be no shortage of finger pointing and blame shifting.

I don't believe that for a few reasons. Firstly Phil was backing Lennon for the managers job full-time from the moment he took over as caretaker, sounds like Phil's making excuses for him. Secondly Lennon himself spoke last season about looking at and identifying targets, I don't believe for a second Lennon would have accepted the job if they were signing players for him and Thirdly there's no way the players would talk about their new team mates in that manner when they're just in the door, whether it was to a director or not, that's unprofessional. What I do believe is Phil and/or his source are talking *.

Unfortunately, people have spoken about Lennon's stock being low. I had, when Lennon was appointed, hoped he would be firm in his demands to the board. The very mixed signals he has been giving on the transfer front make me think he has no input whatsoever, and that Lawwell and he have as bad of a relationship as it had been when he first left.

I doubt Lawwell would have sanctioned £7m on a player if the manager didn't want him, he would have told the scouts to find players in the £2m-£3m bracket if it was his call.
