    Morgan is just baffling now.

He's not good enough at all. And why take Johnston off last night in favour of Morgan when they are very similar players, yet Morgan isn't as effective. May as well have left Johnston on.

Hayes starting as left back/wing back would have made more sense as well.

Actually thinking about it, why did we play 3 at the back in the first couple qualifiers, to not do it last night?

Julien, Jozo, ajer with Hayes and Forrest as wing backs? McGregor's brown Christie and Édouard up top?

What was the point in setting up that way in the first two rounds?

I reckon we will, was always a big ask for the CL this season.

I’m raging about last night but we all knew that coming into the season

I don't think beating Cluj and Slavia Prague is asking too much of the club, really. We just flopped when it was entirely doable.

But it wasn’t a big ask last night.

This was a Cluj team ranked lower than Lincoln Red Imps with a journeyman manager and guys the wrong side of 30!

We did the hard work in Romania or so we thought.

Lennon is to blame for tactics.

Brown is to blame for the handball

Board is to blame for lack of investment

    Pretty much.

Slavia would have been a real test. But Cluj is a team we should be taking care of fairly comfortably.

Said last week after the game that I didn’t think 1-1 was a good result. Should be beating them home and away.

Tbh i actually thought it was doable this year, we played well and got a good result in the first leg, last night we just looked like a different team, they adopted the high press right from the start, we couldn't handle it.

At no time up to about the 75th minute, did I feel that we were going out. We were in control of the game, in the ascendency. What happened between then and 90 minutes, * knows.

The happy clappers can dress it up all they like but conceding 4 goals at home to a team of Cluj’s standard is simply unacceptable.

Morning after, still fuming. Reading up about how dire Cluj are in general makes this even worse.

Without doubt, one of our biggest humiliations. As for Lennon, he’s nothing but an MLS level manager.

To think some tools thought he was even close to Rodgers level too makes it more infuriating how they’d prefer to live in some deluded halcyon fantasy land than see reality for what it is. Appalling manager - end of story.

He has to keep the team together, especially the likes of Édouard and ntcham looking like they wanted to be somewhere else last night.
He loses a part of that dressing room, he has had it, everything will unravel.

I’d send him on his way after that. Catastrophic failure last night

You said that you wanted to go back to a time when "we weren't a joke in Europe": we conceded four goals to CFR Cluj at Celtic Park.

You said that you wanted to go back to a time when "we could actually spot a player": Lennon played arguably our best player out of position because he distrusts his new £3m left-back, who had played every competitive game up to that point.

Honestly, sack him now. There is no point in waiting fore more damage just to keep a tradition going and look coherent. It was clear Deila wasnt good enough at the Maribor game already but it took two, three years to do what had to be done just to keep the face. There are certainly a bunch of managers interested in leading a team with a +50 million wage bill, the guy from Cluj literally offered himself to the job. They just won't come from England. The loss is already bad enough, his non sense explanations, interviews, back tracking and * licking of a board sitting over a pile of cash are undefensable. The guy is a Celtic legend and did not deserve or need to go through this embarassement. Better this than having we all hating him by november
