I don't know if it's him unsettling the defenders, the defense unsettling him or a combo of both, but right now we have a serious problem... any team with a reasonable attack - not even great - will score against us. In Scotland we might be able to out shoot them, but in Europe we're looking at not even qualifying...

Hope this is just nervous, over dramatic on my part, but I could really see us out on our ears this year...

I liked bain last season, thought he was superb in the majority of games but last few games he's looked like a dundee player.

Mind when we had Forster. The great wall. That's the kind of * we need wrote about our players. Bain in goal that night the great wall stopped messi, then our historical result would have been another hammering. Need better.

Yep same here. That pen last night was about 6-8 feet inside the post and he still couldn't keep it out. Looks like we'll have to try Gordon again cos there sure as * won't be any new keeper coming in.

What was he doing for the penalty? I can only assume he thought the guy was going down the middle? Because he made almost no effort to dive to his right, if he had, he'd have saved it as it was a poor pen.

You get the feeling that if Lenny continues to play him, he will cost us more goals/games.

The worst thing about it is i don't even think Gordon is the answer either.

Been saying he wasn't the answer since day one. It's been clear that we've needed to invest in a good keeper since Gordon's 2nd season.

I'd be happy for us to spend a big fee as we could potentially get a good few years out of them.

Absolutely no chance Craig Gordon should be anywhere near our goals. It took us long enough to get him out after consistently shocking distribution and high profile blunders FFS.

Bain earned his chance with his performances at the tail end of last season and if he isn't working out, still debatable for me, then we need to spend money on a quality replacement.

That's the only solution. He needs to stay in goals until that happens if that is the case.

Tbf even his attempt at saving the penalty was better than Gordon's usual * efforts. We do need a proper keeper though, these two are pish

I mean, sure, Gordon's penalty save ratio is probably the worst of all professional keepers as in his whole career he saved just one but man, Omrani's shot was SOOO * poor. Almost in the middle of the goal and he couldn't save even though he stayed centre and did dive into the correct spot.

Everyone was telling me to * off when I said I would like Gordon back in goals as he is a true shot stopper. Bain is too short for that. Don't get me started on the "save" when he * kicked the ball instead of going down for it. That was extremely fortunate and incredibly amateurish.

Craig Gordon is not the answer either though Salzburg was the last straw for him.

    * embarrassingly bad. I don't understand the turnaround in his form from last season to this season, but it's dropped off a cliff. Need a new keeper pronto because Gordon isn't going to cut it either.

He's been shocking all pre season as well..

Letting in 35 yarders and spilling everything..

He's been ropey and all over the place for ages. Let's call it as it is..

Lets not forget the guy has lost nearly his whole back line this window with 4 or 5 leaving, yes he could have done better.
