Maybe me picking up on the "8" too much, but he sounds a lot like Brown when we first signed him, but with more goals.

McGinn was the "Brown replacement" last year, could this be the thinking with Turnbull? 2 years to get up to speed, could be ideal.

Small positives creeping out the club this evening, if Turnbull is in for 2-3million and we make an offer of 8mill for the french lad, I think we can start to be a bit more optimistic. But the board need to show the fans they have this sorted, because the past week and months have been honking.

McGinn is a good comparison to Broony as both quick runners and ball carriers..

Turnbull likes to get on it and dictate play. Definitely more technically comfortable at that age..

Aye i know it's hard to be patient as bit of negativity of late but this should calm people down. We'll 100% do business in the coming week's..

Yep. Bid accepted for a player. Of course the first thing to think of is someone is leaving.

    It's so obvious.

    Bizzare reactions bud..

Probably best young talent available in Scotland. 19. Spending money. A position we can do with an injection. Getting our business done early..

How that can be turned in to a negative about board/Ntcham at this minute is frankly embarrassing..

Love this signing. Technically very sound, a great shot on him, and obviously very young with lots of time to develop. Echoing what others have said.. seems like this may be the end for Ntcham at Celtic which is a shame because I still think on his day he is our best player and I've defended him a bunch. For whatever reason though it isn't "his day" all that much anymore when he's on the pitch.

This is excellent news, not only are we getting a young talent in, we've finally at first chance coughed up decent dough - a great indicator that Lennon is going to be sufficiently backed, and that the board are showing some * readies for a change!

Brilliant. Just need to go watch some Turnbull highlights now because I genuinely can't remember seeing anything of him.last season...

I don’t mind selling a guy for £15m and then spending said £15m if that happens this summer then you can’t really moan.

Strengthened the squad and sold a guy who couldn’t make a decent pass since October 2018

Hope we just get it over the line, just seems as though Motherwell have accepted the bid so far.

Think we are crying out for a player like him and hopefully he fits the bill, a central midfielder who can come deep and drive with the ball and makes late attacking runs into the box, Christie is the only other player we have who fits that role which was voided by Armstrong. Can also take free kicks, corners and pens which is a bonus, got a great shot from distance too!
