Never a dull moment with him.He was more into his recreationals, though.Particularly smoke.I remember we ended up in some dealers flat one afternoon and this guy had sheets of blotting paper, hung over the bath, having been dipped in acid, ready for cutting.Tommy the Bampot, decides to look cool and licks the * thing. He was off his tree for days:party:
TBH,he was never a big drinker. The drink turned him beligerent. He was a hard * and began picking fights with folk when on the swally. He chucked it for years.
Generous, kind and funny.Everyone who knew him back then,is made upfor him ,now. The Textbook, loveable rogue :ynwacelti

As much as a want him to stay in my heart my head says sell he will use up a space where someone else could come through and as the years go on he will miss more and more chances if we sell now we get a return on the investment that he has been and move on to another player

Tbf, there’s no doubt he's not the same player, but his contribution speaks for itself.

Don’t think anything * me off more than the level of dislike verging on hatred for Sinclair by a section of Celtic fans.

One look at the stats shows he is absolutely crucial to us. I hope Lenny doesn’t shelve him, he’s an end product machine.

Sometimes some people just don’t appreciate what you have / had until it’s gone.

Arguably the most frustrating player since Sammy.
His stats are undeniable but performances have been woeful the past 6months. If he goes I won’t shed too many tears and if he stays hopefully NL can get some fire in his belly that made him POTY in his first season with us.

Lennon doesn't fancy him. His omissions from the team since he took over and the leaked transfer sheet suggesting we should consider offers and scout replacements is telling of that.

The same people talking about him staying and being a mainstay will be the same one's that are quick to say Broony should be eased/phased out..

He does score some goals but his overall play has been shocking for a long time for me. I don't see him beating a man much. I don't see him assisting much. I don't see him physically winning his shoulder barges or 50/50's much. In fact he's so easily shrugged off it it's frightening..

I could go on and on but I think we could absolutely improve on that position big time..

So frustrating. I get that he's still posting decent numbers but he's been playing so far within himself it's frightening.

I could understand it if his legs had gone and he'd modified his game accordingly, but I don't think that's the case. He's clearly still got pace to burn when he turns it on, just seems like 90% of the time he takes the safe option and plays it back inside rather than standing his man up and roasting them.

His problems are between his ears.

There could be a myriad of factors that might explain his "dip in form".

Private life, new baby, tactics changes, opposition targeting, low confidence, and so on...

I honestly believe he just needs a rest, crazy as it sounds.

We play more games than ANY club hes ever been at, and weve played him more by a MASSIVE margin than any other club hes been at.

The closest he came to a must start was way back when at swansea.

In the 4 seasons before he arrived here he only posted 57 league starts. Thats less than a season and half of fitba over nearly 5 years. Then he comes here and joins the "play til u break down" crew.

Whatever it might be, the boy puts numbers on the board. Hes happy here, his family are happy, and I can see him coming out guns blazing next season as he knows that as a winger, longevity isnt really their forte and his next contract may well be his last.

There may well be a lot to what you say there about him being just flat out run into the ground to explain his drop off in consistent form. Personally I hope we keep him for next season. I am a fan. Intelligent passer in the final third as well as a goal scorer and if we can get Rogic Tierney and Griffiths back fully fit as well that will take some of the attacking and creative load off Sinclair ( plus make it harder to just double team him every time he gets the ball) and make us more of a threat overall.
