Any murmurs of when tickets are going on sale?

 

Hertz putting their tickets on sale to ST holders tomorrow morning, so it shouldn't be long

 

Ticketing details being released today. Probably on sale from Monday

 

Do you think it'll be a ballot or a first-come-first-served effort?

 

Ballot went down like a lead balloon the last time, kids were getting tickets and their parents missing out.

First criteria should be for those on HCTS that have attended all previous rounds (inc. Hibs away), then FCFS to HCTS that have attended all previous rounds exc. Hibs away. Will probably just go to that second criteria from the start though?

Diets had a nightmare with tickets this morning. Ticketmaster only offering over 65's or kids tickets once you'd selected a seat. Couple of thousand eventually gave up and just purchased the over 65 option.

 

IT has been announced that Celtic are to receive a 50% allocation of tickets for the forthcoming Scottish Cup final against Hearts at Hamden on May 25, 2019.

As always, Celtic endeavoured to secure more tickets for the match. However, we were informed by the SFA that these arrangements are to be put in place.

Tickets for the match will be balloted amongst those Celtic season ticket holders who are part of our Home Cup Ticket Scheme and who purchased tickets for the Scottish Cup semi-final against Aberdeen (April 14), and whose payment was taken via the Scheme for the home cup matches versus Airdrie (January 19) and St Johnstone (February 10).

Everyone who qualifies on this basis will be entered into the random ballot on an individual basis to ensure that each supporter has an equal opportunity of securing a ticket.

We will update the club website with sales arrangements for this match early next week.

Clearly, we fully understand that the allocation of tickets we have been given will not be able to satisfy the demand from supporters wishing to attend the match. We also fully accept that many supporters will be disappointed. However, we would ask fans to understand and appreciate that this is a difficult process for the club to administer, given the ticket allocation provided.

Whilst it is highly unlikely to be the case, should any more tickets become available, the club will update the website with this information.

How many are going to miss out then about 7,000? Hate ballots nervy as *, people who have been on the scheme the longest, and actually attended all previous rounds should be getting priority.

 

They should put a ball for everyone on the HCTS in a ball pool and do a live-stream of Tom Boyd pulling the balls out.

Have Danny McGrain as an adjudicator at the side to make sure it's all above board and done correctly. Give him prior warning of the job in case he gets teary knowing we still see him as a big part of the club.

 

Long as fRod Stewart isn't involved I'm all for this HH
