Just been doing 200 press ups for chest day. Felt it a lot the next day or two when I started but not so much anymore.
Don't feel like I get any benefit from doing weights without a bench.
Will Google some variations though and try that, cheers!

Signed up for the Edinburgh half marathon... training was going good until the Achilles flaming up again. Achilles tendinitis apparently, any tips for it would be appreciated.

Just done 12 miles on the bike and a back workout tonight to keep me ticking over.

As @Raoul Duke said, Romanian or stiff legged deadlifts will really work them, you can also do hamstring curls on your bench using a dumbbell between your feet.

Hip thrusters for your * too

I have loved doing this keto diet.

I’ve lost about 5kg in just over 4 weeks, and have toned up a fair bit.

I have much more energy in general, I’ve forgotten what a nap is.

It used to take me about 3 hours and 2/3 cups of coffee to wake up, now I’m wide awake within 10 minutes of my alarm going off.

I have been exercising pretty much every day (constantly feel the need to do something)

Ran 10k today and felt like I had another 2/3k in me. Normally would be * with shin/calf pain at that stage but felt perfect.

I’ve suffered from tension headaches for about 7/8 years. They aren’t gone completely but have reduced considerably.

Skin has also started to clear up majorly.

My one issue is that I play football where you need short, sharp bursts of energy and I think I’m lacking that without carbs. So in just less than two weeks time I’m going to look to introduce good, slow burning carbs back into my diet and if I’m having a rest day or can’t get exercise in will try and stick to more fat/protein and very low carbs.

Definitely will not go back to eating the way I was, which I didn’t even think was that bad until I started keto and started feeling so much better.

Mate, 3 days I was pure paleo - no carbs only meat, veg. Was fine, but I miss making pasta and stuff.

So introduced it back in today, had a piece of brown toast, egg and avocado, and had some cod with pesto pasta the night.

Fine if you take it in wee doses.

Yeah, they’re exactly the kind of things I’ll be bringing back in to my diet. Just gonna try limit it to days I’m active.

Beforehand I was eating way too much bread, cereal, potatoes on top of at least one or two takeaways a week, usually a few pints a week, then I’d make a trip to Tesco and stock up on * once or twice a week which I’d eat late at night.

Just terrible habits that I never really put much thought into and didn’t realise were contributing so heavily to feeling *.

Just used the wee scales you get outside 7/11.

81.9kg (180lbs) not too bad considering ive just ate a fry up with loads of tatties and 4 slices of toast, also not really that well hydrated.

I was around 170 I guess when I left, fly home tomorrow so once I cut out drinkng, better sleep, more hydrated and back into a routine I'll probably lose more than half of that by the end of next week.

Haha thankfully I've only had 3/4 this holiday.

Discovered red velvet creamo golds though that I have munched a few.

Quite surprised I've not put on more tbh because I tend to average about a bottle of thai rum a day but I drink with soda and I limit my beers because I just bloat up too easy.

Had a cheat day today with it being Easter Sunday and all.

Ended up eating a ridiculous amount of chocolate. First few bites of my first egg I enjoyed but after that eating it was a chore. When you’ve been eating clean a while you can really feel your system reacting to what is really just pure filth.
