I've had mine for 25 years but I'd give this one up and see how Lennon got on. If he proved himself to me I'd consider getting one for 2020/21 season.

I’m grateful to Lennon for stepping up to the plate in difficult circumstances, and I know that his only remit is to win the treble, but our football over the last four games has been abysmal - no dynamism, no imagination, no sophistication.

    We need better.

Totally agree with what you have said. Will wait until the end of the season before I make my mind up fully but thus far we have been playing really poorly.

I liked the idea of playing more direct at times rather than the backwards and sideways passing constantly but there has been far too many long aimless balls coming into our play recently.

Aye. I said I wouldn’t even criticise him for the style but * me it’s awful.

Easy to see why Hibs were 8th and sliding down the table.

Can see if he had the time he would just turn us back into being a higher quality SPL side Johnny hayes the first man he brings on and talk of scott allan returning ffs.
We had a team completely unrecognisable in playstyle to anything else in Scotland under Brendan. Board should be doing their best to maintain them standards.

Think Lenny might be afraid to take the bull by the horns or not allowed to....read on, My early excitement has changed to a worry that we may not be witnessing a true return of Lenny but rather him acting as a guide to JK.

I could certainly be well wide of the mark but I feel this might just be the boards way of installing another Deila project (JK) on the sly with no intention of keeping Lennon on beyond the current season.

Just a niggling worry I have in the back of my mind lol

I suspect JK will be our manager after we have completed the 10.

I agree. This is a non runner.
JK was a good player for us. But too inexperienced and passive to be our manager.
More likely Scott Brown who has been doing his badges I think.

This is, without a shadow of a doubt, the second most important period of our clubs history (discounting the ousting of the kelly's/ bunnet/ jansen), certainly as far as success goes.

The appointment of kennedy is so far away from common sense it would be tantamount to self sabotage.

The game has changed. Famous/ great players no longer neccesarily equal good managers. Working under tutleage of great managers no longer neccesarily makes great managers. Re: salary mcmoist, roy keane, slippy g, gazza, shearer et al.

I honestly believe the exceptions to this are either extremley rare, or budgeted so well actual failure is entirely avoidable

Todays great managers seem to be built from the fires of neccessity. Klopp, marco rose, pochettino, even neil lennon... guys who were thrust into their first jobs at high profile clubs out if sheer desperation and ended up earning it due to their ability to handle the preasurre. Some ex players focus... others fold. Lenny focused. Mccoist folded.

Nepotism is a massive no no for me. I dont care if john kennedy or broony bleed green, unless they are appointed out of a sheer desperate need to do a job at a last minutes notice or unless theyve proven they can manage elswhere, they shouldnt even be part of the conversation.

Decide on a game against an average team managed by one of thickest people about?

    If that’s our ambition then we’re *.

After Lennon has done his 3 or 4 years surely there is genuine chance of that. He is being promoted from within, he's now the assistant manager the next step is manager.
