Has to be a certainty to get a game, off the bench at least soon..

Would have him on the bench for the sheep Saturday and away at Dundee but in all likelihood he won't be if Weah can't get a run..

CELTIC produced a superb performance to beat Dundee 6-0 in the Reserve League clash and move to the top of the table. Birthday Bhoy Jack Aitchison celebrated turning 19 by netting two goals, while Vakoun Bayo scored his first goal in Celtic colours.

And with Kerr McInroy, Armstrong Oko-Flex and Thomas Caffrey also getting on the scoresheet, it was an emphatic victory for Tommy McIntyre’s side.

Celtic dominated proceedings from the first whistle, and didn’t really let up until the last. There were early chances for Caffrey, Aitchison and Oko-Flex before the opener came on 18 minutes.

A great ball over the top of the defence from Bayo was chased down by Aitchison, who dispatched a powerful shot into the bottom right-hand corner.

Aitchison came close to doubling the lead five minutes later but his shot went narrowly wide before Marvin Compper was just off target after connecting with a Scott Allan free-kick.

But, just after the half-hour mark, captain Kerr McInroy slotted in a cool finish to make it 2-0, and on 37 minutes, it was 3-0 to the Hoops, with Bayo scoring his first Celtic goal.

A great bursting run from full-back Wallace Duffy on the right saw him feed Bayo in front of goal, and the Ivorian striker produced a powerful finish to score.

And just before the break, Celtic confirmed their dominance with a fourth goal. Scott Allan was the provider with a great through ball for Armstrong Oko-Flex, and the 16-year-old finished well from 12 yards out.

The second-half was a similar story, with Daniel Church and Stephen Welsh coming close in the first few minutes, and on 53 minutes, the Hoops got a fifth goal with a cool finish from Thomas Caffrey, who turned well inside the box and hit a low shot into the net.

On 70 minutes, Bayo came close to scoring his second of the afternoon, but his free-kick came back off the post, but just three minutes later, it was 6-0.

Aitchison, who started the scoring, completed it for Celtic, gathering the ball from Allan and blasting the ball home beyond the Dundee goalkeeper.

And it was almost a magnificent seven on 83 minutes, but Grant Savoury’s effort was well-saved. However, it was an impressive victory for the Hoops.

We really need to actually start giving youth a chance.

Having players like Hayes, Izzy and Lustig getting game time over the likes of Ralston, Johnston, Church, Oko-Flex etc. Next year would be tragic.

I like that McInroy looks well built cause that's usually a problem when moving from youth to senior.

What a ball from Oko-Flex, calm finish from Jack.

Oko-Flex again looks calm on the ball. Bayo has to get a game soon, when he received the ball he just knew he was going to score. Plus Notorious already said it.

Ooft Oko-Flex again, its' the first I've heard or seen of him but he was to get a chance, only very good players are that much involved in so many different goals.

I expect Bayo to play soon too cause hasn't he already proven he's physically able in his previous league?

Mind you wee Mikey doesn't look all that solid but he's able to handle himself using speed to avoid the mongos.

Ralston for sure will be a Celtic player unless we get lucky and find someone better for £2/3m which is highly unlikely although Lenny has done not bad before, times changed a lot since then.

Henderson another one who has enough skill. Weird how they say it's a physical problem boys turning into men and the critical age is 17-20 but there's quite a wide range of size of players who seem to do alright. I think it's more about how to use your weight to your advantage which is a skill in itself. Jinky would've had to know how to do tat all the tackles he must've had to avoid and defenders to hold off.

Wasn't Simon Donnelly a wee skinny guy?

Really hope Jack makes it after Ronny giving him that beautiful moment in the sun, it was as if Ronny was saying here, check this guy out you'll be seeing more of him. Or maybe he was saying to the board * scouting Premiership team's players when you've got such a good Academy.

How many Scottish players have we bought who were/are much better than anything we've produced lately? Armstrong? Never a player I rated but I know others do.

Hope Dembele avoids the time share agents, so far it looks like he is although I don't know what his recent development is like, is he still moving foward with great purpose and promise?

What's the story with Miller? I heard he was coming back off loan during the window but nothing since. He's got great feet if I remember rightly, as do most of the kids.

Why is Celtic TV £200 a year if you want to buy it as a Gift but £50 if you want to subscribe yourself?

Was hoping maybe a 'Gift' would be a way round the International address situation.

Be great to have a reliable consistent showing of our youth games so we can take a bit of time to see the true potential of them. Think that was a problem for Nesbitt, well from my perspective anyway. That hat trick in the derby final, he looked incredible, then the 5 minute cameo from Ronny made it look even more certain, then the trial at Thistle to get him prepared for life in the senior team and then we never seen him again.

That's actually quite strange to see that much promise in a player you put him through all experiences most good players do and then he just was judged not good enough. How on earth did it take that long to find that out? Especially at Thistle, that's outrageous finding out there after being Celtic's best youth player. Well, apart from KT.

Either time is flying or that wee guy Karamoko is growing up quick if he's playing alongside and against folk the size of Compper?

Who's our longest running continuous player from Academy to Senior?

Right, Commpper is doing well for a young lad, promote now and give him his pro contract and get him in with Ajer.
