The man who thought Tony Mowbray and Ronny Deila were the right men for the job won't let us down, surely?

    In Peter we trust!?!

Moyes can * off, and when he gets there he can * off some more.

    Hope it's Lenny.

Lennon’s cup record was shocking, it’s a major off put. I feel he’s had his time at Celtic, delighted he’s here till the end of the season but I’d prefer we went for someone else.

For me there's one standout candidate. A former club legend who will return home to hammer the huns again to 9 in a row, and hopefully ten. I couldn't think of a better man to help us rebuild and reinforce our foundations, a charismatic guy who will have us all kneeling in worship. A man with a cracking smile and a face you couldn't hate.

Welcome home, the man, the myth, the manager...

Not that I'm saying this because he's away, but 1. I didn't think he'd be here till 10 and 2. I was kinda more leaning towards someone from the past to get the 10.

Lenny - the obvious choice, from what he's come through and an undoubted loyalty to the club and love for it too.

Henke - seems he's not the greatest manager but it woulda been cool to see the King take us there.

Wim - stopping the 10 and winning it. Maybe even a assistant or something would be excellent.

If I coulda got my wish it woulda been big Billy to be boss obviously in great health, but 80+ lol.

Would love to see Rose, his Salzburg side was the most impressive I've seen at Celtic park for years and with a relatively low budget too. Be exciting to see what he could do with us.

I love Lennon. Celtic man, knows the club and probably better at motivating and firing up the players. There is something nagging at me that makes me hope he doesn't get it full time. Can't quite put my finger on what though.

My other concern would be that if he wins the league, or even the treble, then the board will in all likelihood give him the gig, will Lennon, under pressure to get 9, be more reluctant to give any of the young guys their chance. I'm obviously thinking of Dembele and Oko-Flex.

Also him selecting Lustig and Biton doesn't inspire me. I know we won two extremely tough games but over the course, these two will cost us. Just my opinion.

If he does get it then I'm in those stands and right behind him though.

Given all the injuries we had in central midfield what choice did he have other then Biton. Plus I should add in any case I though Biton played well in both games last week.

I'm not disputing that either played well mate. He could have played henderson against Hibs though. Biton over the two games showed his passing is questionable to say the least.

We essentially went into the Hibs game with two holding midfield players. I'm just not a fan of playing two holding players domestically. Invites pressure for me. I know Rodgers done it and I hated under him also.

I agree with you about the 2 holding mids normally. But on Sunday on a dreadful pitch in terrible weather in a knock out game I think it was a smart decision. But I get what your saying in general in domestic games.

You need to ask managers the question at least then weigh up the options. Rose hopefully but if not then lennon for me

Time will tell how we move on under Lennon. It's not like I'm underwhelmed by the appointment or lack confidence in him.

I mean tbh under Rodgers we produced some sublime football, but equally produced some performances, that had they been under Deila would have seen folk going tonto.

Saturday will be a good indication of how we will play. Especially as it's at home.

    Salzburg humped 3-0 in Naples.

Stats show a very 50/50 game with Salzburg having more attempts on goal and more on target than napoli.

If Lennon wins the treble it's his. Moyes would be a disaster. I wouldn't want Larsson either even though I love the man, doesn't really seem to be manager material. Would be great to get him in as a coach though, but I can't see that happening.
