Not spotting that Brendan Fraudgers was an opportunistic, egotistical, pathological liar.

Not spending more quality time with my late father… Sorry old bhoy.

Getting involved with my high functioning, psychopathic ex girlfriend.

Had the chance to go to America for a soccer scholarship when I was 16.

My old man died about a month before I got the offer.

My wee maw told me to still go over but I patched it due to the circumstances.

Kick myself when I look back now.

Not going into secondary private education when I had the chance for fear of being ridiculed by mates and how many of those mates do I still keep in contact with... pretty much zero.

It also would have removed me from the life and wrongs paths I eventually went down.

Regrets can ruin your life, it's best to wipe them from your thoughts, or if you can't do that then learn from them. Negative thinking is the route to depression, and regrets are negative thinking. I used to spend so much time wishing I had a time machine and I could go back and change things, but what good did it do thinking like that. Self-reflection can be good but self-reflection can easily turn into negativity also so you have to be careful with that also.

None. I’ve made mistakes alright but I’ve no regrets, as it was probably the mistakes that shaped me.

I have went through a whole transition recently. I went from care free and no worries and always a pleaser. Wouldn’t upset anybody’s feelings. After a rough time I did analyse everything and readdressed a lot of my traits because I feel I was too nice. Now I question most things and have become pretty hardened to things. Not great for those around me. Working on it.

She was down the back of the settee with an old five pound note and a remote control.

Once upon a time I used to be nice to everyone, smiles and agree with them just to not cause any tension. For 20 years or more, I tell people my mind. I have very few people that actually like for that reason. Do I care, do I *! If people can't deal with getting a dose reality, * them, that's their problem. I don't even like being in the company of half my family for same reasons as above and the same goes, I don't give a flying *. You only live once, it's up to you to get through it with the least amount of stress possible. Sounds good but many don't abide by it and go through life being a yes man. Don't be that person Pack.

Regrets, every * has them. Mine is spending time with to many negative two faced lying * out thete. * that have nothing better to do than be little others, make * up about them or try to bring them down to their level. Society is full of these *! Just wish I'd wised up sooner because like I've mentioned it before, you get one crack at this life, make the most of it and try also to stay away from the nay-sayers!!

Main regrets are not doing better at school when I had the chance and basically always taking the easy option in life, I often wonder what I would be doing now if I had worked harder at school and went on to third level education

Two biggest regrets so far in my life was not seeing my Granny Jean much before she died because I was a lazy * and I stopped seeing my Nanny and Grandpa for 5 years because I held a pathetic grudge for stupid reasons.
