If I have any more than two cups of coffee in the morning I start feeling crap, but I feel great drinking tea all day.

Maybe to do with the caffeine comedown? Not sure what would cause that, we're all different right enough, I couldn't substitute my morning coffees for tea....I wouldn't function or at least wouldn't feel right at all

I'm used to drinking caffeinated tea and coffee until about 5-6pm then I drink decaffeinated tea and coffee after that.

Yeah it’s probably just the caffeine. I don’t take sugar so it can’t be that.

I switch to herbal or fruit teas at night.

Caffeine withdrawal gives awful headaches....I had to completely cut it out at one point because of my anxiety, headaches were blinding, passed after a couple of days or so right enough

This thread has inspired me to get back on the Yerba.

Going to get a proper gourd and bombilla so I can cut about like Messi and Suarez.

Think I’m fine with regards to that. There are days where I have no caffeine at all and I’m fine.

Yeah, you'll definitely be fine then, you'd soon know if you had withdrawal.

You're a healthy eater on the whole from what I can gather so your diet is probably pretty balanced.

Fox’s Bis-squits are the best, bourbons are a close second. For me that is all tea is, something to dunk biscuits in.

I only drink coffee if I am out and about(I live in England and the tea is undrinkable. I may have mentioned!), but I limit it myself to one coffee, or two if there is a long time between them. The last time I had more than that I had a bizarre panic attack a couple of hours later. Anxiety was all over the place.
