Score out of 10 tonight? I’d give him a 5.

Don’t think he’s played well for a while now. Needs to pick up the pace pronto before Rogic is due back.

Hopefully he looks hard at tonight’s performance and comes out the blocks strong on Sunday.

    3.

I don't think he will ever be good enough for this level.

If he isn’t giving us the all action box to box, kicking * and running after everything then he’s no good to us in Europe.

Rogic is miles better in terms of creating things in the advanced midfield role. Christie needs to go back to the way he played at home in the Groups.

We changed the midfield about 3 times or so in the first half. Didn’t help whatsoever.

It lost him in the process IMO.

He isn't bad at attacking midfield, but i like him better when he's beside Mcgregor, starting to see the effects of Rogic not being in the team tonight.

Just doesn’t have enough in the final third at this level for me.

He will chip in with goals in all types of games due to his willingness (and intelligence) to run, but we need a player who is going to get on the ball and find a pass through (top) teams when we have a 20 min period on top - Christie isn’t that man.

To the tune of Baker Street

    Verse:
He went from Inverness to Aberdeen
Those silky skills and those magic feet
    He’s Ryan Christie
And he’ll put the ball away
And we sing this song for him

    Bridge/Chorus:
We used to think we needed Stuart Armstrong
We used to think we needed Stuart Armstrong
But we’ve got Christie, Ryan Christie

    (Solo/go mental)
DO DO DOO DO DO DO DOOOOOO

Wouldn’t even say poor, think he’s done everything asked of him. Which is probably the issue, different role, one that he is poorer at.

Good player with room for improvement obviously but there's a big difference in quality between him and rogic imo, I think both mcgregor and Forrest especially link up better with rogic

Was thinking the same but with Broony suspended, him next to CalMac at home he will be back to playing well.

CHristie himself links up better with Rogic. Rogic links play better than anyone in our team.

A brilliant player but i don't think he's good in the attacking midfield role, once Rogic is back we'll start to see is pre-christmas form imo.

Not his best today. But at least he still digs in, which is more than can be said of Forrest.

Hasn’t been that good since he was stretchered off v Salzburg.

Needs to get back to pre injury form, hopefully come in next couple games.
