Superb mate. Your photos are brilliant. And one more question mate, taking into account I'm a Glaswegian, born and bred, what's a SPUGGIE?

This morning several portions of action took place just off my local Beach with Ruby Boxer of course.First a surprize flock of 450 plus Pink Footed Geese flying along to sea about a mile or so out.3 pairs of Red Breasted Merganser showed well,as did 2 Great Crested Grebes, several feeding Red Throated Divers and 9 Grey Plover.A pair of Stonechat were noted on the headland.

My Buzzard was back again this morning

I couldn’t get pictures as it took off and flew into the trees behind the Mausoleum.
    It’s just so beautiful.

Out walking locally yesterday morning , I spotted a Squirrel . Funny thing is that I couldn't tell if it was a Red or a Grey . I only got a decent view of the tail , it was misty and Red Squirrel's can have a very grey tinge to its tail . I moved around the tree base , intently looking upwards , but didn't get another sighting . I haven't spotted a grey Squirrel in my local area for a few years now . Which suits me fine as they're an invasive species .

Can't wait good friend. It'll be good seeing the Cairngorms. I've been a few times, stunning part of the country, and great wildlife.

Yes good pal i try and up there once ot twice every year,it is my Luxury local patch, would love to live there.

Today as dusk was coming in swiftly on my local patch the local Green Woodpecker flew past me,4 Chough called and played in the air as they headed off to roost,12 Meadow Pipits were fussing over where in the Gorse to roost, cool!

PS One of my best mates has atlast got a Great Spotted Woodpecker visiting his garden feeders as i predicted,i pointed out his first garden male Chaffinch today aswell.

I’d be ecstatic with these hedgehogs roaming my garden. I’d make them mini Celtic kits.

Btw my daughter moved into her own home before Christmas. She is at the bottom of a mountain with a big garden and loads of greenery. She has started feeding a Fox after it had raided her rubbish. She is amazed by animals and she has a massive heart but is it a bad idea?

house myself today watching the rugby , Scotland winning easy so its a nice day I take a dauner out the back garden ( first time since well before Christmas . I notice the bird feeders and fat ball dispenser are empty ( to my shame ) . anyway get the keys of the hut and pull out the ladders and get them down …. notice ive got a few visitors on the fence , pigeons , starlings and sparrows … an a wee robin . go into the hut and fill them up come out ….. fek me its like a scene from " the birds " hunners of them all over the garden . hang them up and I hardly get down the ladders and they are on them .
Got a big cheap bag of oats a while ago so I made a few mounds round the place , mental they went . put some dishes of water out and went back in . I looked out later and all gone …. I will need to top up the feeders again tomorrow .

like you with the hedgehogs I would love that , I would feed it ! . few years ago I had a wee wild rabbit/hare lived under my hut I fed him and watered him daily .. one day he was gone . I also managed to semi train an old crow to come to me for scraps and that went on for a year … looked out one day and 2 young crows were killing him , ran out but it was too late :55:take it was territorial and he was retired .. buried him .

I don’t think feeding it now and again will do it any harm as long as she doesn’t let it become trustworthy of humans.
That could be its downfall...so I’d feed it but keep a distance or out of sight.
