If porto are indeed serious they should have no problem in forking out an appropriate fee. Somewhere in the region of 10-12m would be a decent return.

His form has been severley troubling recently and if hes actually downed tools like boyata but without the loudmouth agent he can go.

We’d be downright stupid to sell him at the moment, unless he’s desperate to leave.

Just read it. No one has said he's pish.

A few people saying "*" but I think that's more in relation to his performance on the 29th, given all the comments were the day after.

Most implying what I'm saying. Brilliant potential, horrible attitude.

Not fit to wear the jersey, *, imposter, not a fan.

I think there’s plenty of people that don’t rate him, there’s plenty of ways to suggest he’s ‘pish’ without saying ‘pish’ :56:

He'll be our next 15mill+ player imo. He's just hit a bad streak of form.

Play him in the middle with McGregor. The guy is a smashing player going through a bad patch.

Never rated him. Far too soft especially for Scotland. He has no fight.

I have never seen a top drawer player in Ntcham. He is a passenger and someone who looks decent when your 4 v 0 up. What does he offer when the chips are down??

PORTO are set to test Celtic’s resolve with a £14million January bid for Olivier Ntcham.

And the Portuguese giants are prepared to use ex-Newcastle defender Chancel Mbemba as a makeweight in the deal.

Porto boss Sergio Conceicao is a huge admirer of the 22-year-old Hoops ace, who arrived from Manchester City for £4.5million in 2017.

He wanted the French midfielder last summer but failed to entice him away from the double Treble winners before the transfer window shut.

Former Portugal winger Conceicao remains keen on Ntcham and is now ready to offer a cash-plus-player deal involving Mbemba in a bid to convince Celts to sell.

SunSport understands Porto are not prepared to take no for an answer despite Ntcham signing a four-year deal in November.

Hoops manager Brendan Rodgers expressed an interest in the Congolese centre half during the last transfer window.

However, the 24-year-old former Anderlecht stopper opted to join Porto for £8m after three seasons at St James’ Park.

Mbemba is now surplus to requirements having featured in just two league matches this season.

The powerful stopper finds himself fifth-choice central defender following the arrival of Euro 2016 winner Pepe earlier this month and Porto are keen to get him off the wage bill.

Mbemba could be viewed as a long-term defensive replacement for Dedryck Boyata, whose contract expires at the end of the season.

    I don't believe it though..

Fair enough, I'm not going to try to assume if each of those posters were making comment based only on that game after emotions were running high or genuinely believe he's *.

For me I think the overwhelming majority of supporters think he's an extremely talented player that's not showing it on the park...and doesn't look all that bothered to turn it round.

Given his lack of effort and how it was reported he was interested in the Porto move in the summer, I won’t be surprised if this offer tempts him. I do think the club will be reluctant to let him go, though.

    In a nutshell.

On his game he's sheer class. Can do a bit of everything. But he's barely kicked a ball this season, and even last season he was majorly, majorly inconsistent. One great game, two average/poor games...and so on.
