It was a strange team altogether we started with , Ntcham at left wing ? Gamboa and Hayes aren't good enough to be starting games for us.Forrest and Rogic are key players to be leaving out
We dont have the quality in depth to be making all those changes even if we should still have been out of sight in the game by HT.

Bb - they will be a lot more easier matches to make all those changes than away to Motherwell on a Weds evening. You could try resting players in some of our home games and in the cup game against Airdrie

It’s not to do with the changes. Jozo, Ntcham, Hayes and griff are more than good enough to win that game.
It’s the * ref and the fannying around that cost us. Not killing the game off.

Playing Simunovic, Gamboa and Hayes all on the right and all short of match fitness was an error..

Needed Lustig in there to steady them.

I don't agree with you mate.

We needed rotation and he was well within his right to go for it tonight.

Bozo was the more obvious choice over Slack Hendry, people have been shouting for months to play Gamboa and Hayes is a wee tryer wherever he's played.

Didn't work out but at least valuable players got a rest - although in hindsight I'd have rested Tierney before Lustig.

Hey ho, not the greatest night but * it. On to Killie on Saturday and we'll blow the * away.

Agree why make changes all down one side of the pitch? Ntcham out left was just random nonsense. Rogic, Lustig and Forrest were a huge miss. Edouard has his detractors but he links the game far far better than Griff and we missed him as an option.

Griff needs minutes, no question. He's still a phenomenal natural goalscorer.

Penalty aside, he still put in a shift, but quite obviously he was rusty as * and it was never going to be an easy game for him up against the cluggers they * use.

Ntcham was just a total waste of a jersey, despite his ball through to Christie.

It was a stupid 2 points to throw away not like its going to matter in the grand scheme of things , but the sooner we start putting distance between ourselves and the rest , then we can make some more changes to the side.

BR: If you don’t take opportunities in the game, then you leave yourself vulnerable at the end. It was a disappointing goal to concede so it was definitely two-points lost.”

BR: “It wasn’t a very good performance. It was a game we didn’t play very well in. We scored a good goal in the first half, had a chance we didn’t take form a penalty and then had a goal ruled out from Filip Benkovic.”

BR: “I wasn’t happy with our positioning and the level of our game in the first half. In the second half we were a bit better. We had more control and our positioning was a bit better but, at times, we were too loose.

BR: “You can’t go through a season with 11 players so we made the changes. We have players injured too so it was what we had to do. It’s good for me to have a look and see the level that some of them are at.”

BR: “Tonight we just made too many mistakes. It’s always good for me as a manager to see a game like that so I can see how the players cope. We’ll get back again and recover.”

BR: “It’s disappointing to concede the late goal but we’re looking forward to playing at home. It seems like ages since we’ve been at home.”

I just think a Gamboa/Simunovic partnership on the right side of defence was too risky, neither has played much football. And with Hayes on the right too made it a tough task for them all to be up to speed. Think he needed to freshen but made too many changes..

However, we should have been out of sight in the 1st..

Nearly halfway through the season now and the amount of needless points dropped, is a frustration.

Aye playing Ntcham on the left didn’t work, he’s a central player. Just got too many things wrong tonight BR.. trying to rotate too many to give game time.

Suppose there's a chance if you slaughter a ref there's a possibility he'll use it against ye at some point in the future.

    Maybe.
