The most competitive league where the champions won it by 19 points and totalled 100 points all in ?

You have to remember he has had a lot of press while up at Celtic, more well known than players like Tierney. I think Leicester will get him with a money plus player transfer for Mahrez.

I know but considering we were by all accounts a midges baw hair away from signing him permanently last summer and the season he's just had it's incredible. Just shows you.

I know you have the super clubs in football that have always spent big, but the TV money these * get just means they throw money around like no * business. It is ruining the game on a whole new level.

You make a very valid point there considering the way this season has unfortunately gone for him. It seems like he will be off somewhere this summer and more then likely not coming back to us on a permanent deal sadly. I have no idea if we are even trying to see if we can get him on a permanent deal but judging from Roberts comments after this weekend it does not seem likely.

So gutted we didn't get to see him in full flow again. Signed last minute. Had to get up to speed then months out. Then not really needed upon return.

With Roberts and Musonda going ...Forrest,Morgan Sinclair and Hayes aint going to cut it in the wide areas especially for Europe ...we need Sinclair to recapture form and also another high quality player to come in either put pressure on or take their place Forrest is inconsistent too and lacks quality at top level.

Roberts and Musonda havent really done anything this season and we've not really been playing wide players for a while now anyway.

    Gordon
    Lustig Ajer Boyata
    Forrest Brown Ntcham Tierney
    Rogic McGregor
    Dembele

    Bain
    Hendry Bitton Simunovic
    Ralston Eboue Armstrong Hayes
    Morgan Christie
    Griffiths
I think next season we'll continue playing like that.

I think we should be looking to sell Simunovic and get an upgrade on Lustig, someone with the power and pace to play the right of the back 3. If Armstrong goes we should sign McGinn. Hopefully we can sign Edouard and if Dembele is sold then we need another additional striker again.

    Gordon
    Schar Ajer Boyata
    Forrest Brown Ntcham Tierney
    Rogic Edouard
    Hernandez

Just going by guys we've been linked with i'd take that as the squad next season.

I never mentioned Sinclair but i'd keep him for changing it up if we play another tactic although he doesn't really fit in if we continue to play the way we've been playing. If we were to sell him then i'd want another playmaker of similar quality who would fit in instead.

Who knows how it will pan out though.

We always play with wingers Forrest has been the main man this season despite Roberts being the more naturally gifted footballer and wide man ..same on the other side Mcgregor has been filling in there quite a bit due to Sinclairs woeful form..still if you sell Sinclair probably losing another 20 goal a season..

We need to switch it up in the transfer window were not as electric in the final area of the pitch as last season consistently only when we have needed to be this term.

PR on how he's developed at #CelticFC: "From playing very few games at other clubs, I've won trophies, played and scored in big games. So I've learned a lot."

PR on Brendan Rodgers: "You want to work under a manager who has faith in young players. Being around him has improved me as person as well and he's really brought my game on."

PR on Motherwell's threat: "They're a tough side, they've already taken a few points off us so far this season, so we know it will be a difficult game."

PR: "You've got to be creative and come up with different ideas. They're yery compact and stable at the back and they'll try to hit us with a counter attacks. We'll have our ideas and a plan to combat that."

I know it's a bit of his general demeanour and stuff, but he does sound gutted to have it all come to an end now.

Can't see us getting him back, unless City are willing to sell him and do so at the 5-8million range. Would he come back though? 4 year deal knowing he would move back on in 2 seasons anyway at a profit? I'd take him.

As for the Cup final, he is getting a lot of media attention and put in front of the camera, clearly is fit now and ready to go - gotta start this game, surely? Big wide pitch will suit him. Gotta see him start and give him a farewell. It won't just be a sympathy start either, he obviously is * good enough.

Rumour has it clubs are willing to pay £15 million. People say Celtic have £37m but I believe we should not spend £15m for him. Our midfield is strong, especially with Rogic staying. We could probably get a player just as good in from Italy, Germany or France for £5-7m.

I'd agree, if the fee is £15million, we would do better to look elsewhere.

He would be worth that price to some clubs, but we aren't at the level we can drop that sort of money.
Rather see 2 or 3 in for that money.

My gut feeling is that he'll sign again for another season either on loan or we might get him permanent. Just a gut feeling, not necessarily what I think's going to happen.

From what he has said I’m not sure where people are getting that he’ll sign for us even if we were willing to fork out however many million :39:
