    Cod,Mash,Carrots,Broccoli,Parsley Sauce escorted by several large glasses of Red Wine after the opening large Scotch with half a dozen cans of cold Stella as back up,oh and some Ice Cream.

    Ruby has just had her tea and she is having a hint of cod and some sardines as well,fish is really good for our beloved canine friends,as for the Jelly,it fell into a sea of lemon i am told.:84:

    You cannot blame the wee souls,anyway like i said fish,especially oily Fish is really good for their health,as long as you do not give them too much.

    Few ways to make them mate.

    Personally. I put onions in first, plenty oil, then add sliced tatties, stock pots, stock cube, water. Cover and simmer for 45 mins stirring frequently.

    With 15 mins to go I add steak that I had put in the slow cooker this afternoon so it’s nice and flaky. Tatties break up over time so it’s a bit mushy bit still have chunky bits

    Season and serve with oatcakes.

    Traditionally you make them with lard, and often use corn beef but I prefer them my way. Loads of methods online.
