    Invincibles don't get beat 7-1
Can't ignore all the defeats mate. Dress tonight's result up as you like but it's a very embarrassing result. One of the worst we've had.

Not really too fussed, pretty much expected something like this, especially with the way we approach games we'll never try to make it difficult and look to defend a lot with Brendan in charge we always go to attack teams.

    Good point.
I know BR has done great since he,s been with us but his tactics in Europe have been questionable against the big teams.
And while i wouldn't be having a go at him tonight in particular i believe he has got it wrong in some of the games and he doesn't seem to learn.

I suspect if we were not doing so well domestically fans might have a bit more to say about his tactics.

But i have to agree with you a performance like tonight is not good enough, regardless of the opposition.

We came back immediately from a 0-7 humping off them at home..

And beat Aberdeen 4-0 away followed by two other clean sheet league wins then a pumping of Anderlecht.

I tend to think (and hope) it will just get the team cranked up for the domestic games.

Just woke up and seen score, rough night by the looks, always going to lose that game, would be good to try and not lose by so much though, defeats like that can sap players confidence quite a lot which concerns me a bit.

    :50: No bother pal.

I can see why you thought that from my initial post :giggle1:
I was just frustrated because we created a few chances but we weren’t taking them.

    Hail Hail :notworthy

I get slated for saying this, but I will repeat it: Rodgers should learn from Gordon Strachan and Neil Lennon. These two managers showed how a Celtic team can handle giants.

Vvd was the type of quality needed for these games ,absolutely strolled oor league ,Tierney is the inky one worth keeping if we aspire to get better in cl.
Broony was good until the rest of the team folded, McGregor good ,dembele decent ,shooders good for 30 mins and pushed back helping out .

When we were in possession we were really good at times, it’s just the defending is so poor. It doesn’t help that Brendan’s style leaves us so open at times.
