What’s the problem with Gerry Armstrong? I’ve not been watching either of there games, so just wondering!

Delusional and biased on commentary. The latter you could understand, but basically whenever Switzerland got a free-kick he was in the background going "awwwww [insert player] has been diving all game. He's embarrassing."

Was saying * like that all night, and acted as though N.I dominated the game, yet just stayed silent when Switzerland missed a * ton of chances again.

Ah fair enough. It’s obvious he’d be bias, but the delusional part would be infuriating!

Is Armstrong a nationalist or unionist by the way?

No loyalists at the world cup!

In fairness it would of been hard for them to choose between Moscow and Drumcree. They should be thanking Switzerland for making the decision for them.

Worst performance by the Swiss in a long time. Still no one gets how Dzemaili and Seferovic still are getting a game. Petkovic probably wanted to make it more interesting, I don't know.

At least the occupants are out :)

The O6 actually thinking they could qualify for the World Cup was just silly nonsense.

Would have liked the Swiss to be more clinical in front of goal but the important thing is they won. Given we will be up against it tomorrow night that would have been really awful if they had of qualified.

The only result that would have been more satisfying to me would have been a 5+ hammering.

See how funny they think it is now to go out to a controversial hand ball

Agreed. It would have been nice to see the Swiss be more clinical in front of goal and win by a nice margin but they got through and that is what mattered most.

He,s actually from Beechmount just of the mid Falls Road, we used to call him big Gach (Gauk) Armstrong when he played gaelic, I went out with his sister Sinead a few times.
