I thought we started really poorly again. I had the fear our heads would go down if we lost the first goal, after what happened with PSG. I just don't understand how our passing goes to * at the start of these games when they do it week in week out.

On the plus side they got through that and had a comfortable win in the end with a clean sheet away in Europe. Hopefully that gives them the confidence to think they are good enough to be playing at this level and we can start our passing game from the off, not half way through the first half against Bayern.

It’s the one thing that always annoys me about Celtic in Europe.

We always look scared, IMO. We panic & try to get rid of the ball as quickly as possible.

Brendan said we look ‘Embarrassed’ to have the ball sometimes, which is probably a good way of putting it. Hopefully last night makes the players realise we’re not just there to make up the numbers & we fully deserve to be there!

The longer we went without a win, the more the players will act like they don’t deserve to be in possession. Need some confidence and swagger in these games and hopefully we’ll get that now. If the players now know we are capable of winning, who knows what could happen against Bayern

What a night. Having time to reflect on it just makes it seem all the more remarkable. When have we ever dominated possession like that in the CL at all, never mind away from home? 3-0 was our best ever result in the competition, we've only done it once before and that was 11 years ago. I know Anderlecht are the side you'd expect us to be battling with, but I've got that whole anything is possible vibe going on just now, so bring on Bayern!

What a result and performance last night.
First 15 mins we really struggled to keep the ball but we came on to a game once we scored as it really settled us down.
To have 60%+ possession away from home, score 3 goals and keep a clean sheet in the champions league is what dreams are made of albeit against a poor Anderlecht side.
What a difference it makes to have a solid defensive partnership at the back, both Jozo and Boyata played out their skin and it looks like we have found CB pairing for the coming years if we can keep them fit and at Parkhead.
The Brendan Rodgers masterplan is starting to take shape and we will only get better over time.
All in all fantastic team performance, bring on the Bayern.

We were immense defensively, barely gave them a sniff. I was quietly optimistic about a draw or even a win, but assumed we'd concede a couple of goals either way.

We’re not used to being pressed as quickly and aggressively in Scotland as it comes at you in the Champions League.

Same as last year though, we’ve found our feet quickly after a poor start. Onwards and upwards.

Me too. It was a shock to see us playing cautiously, and not trying to blitz the opposition. Though, some changes will need to happen vs. Bayern.

Brilliant result last night, really proud of the team. Always going to be a bit nervy going into the 2nd game after the first result but a great response. Ntcham was terrible in the first half, looked like he hadn't played in months, but think he played well in the 2nd half. Boyata and Simonovic were top class throughout. Was a few times I felt we were trying to do too much; McGregor in particular had a great chance to shoot in the 2nd half but was too hesitant. Overall though, no gonna complain too much about 3-0 win away in the champions league, excellent result.

Some mental stats after that. Last 3 CL away games, DDW. Joint biggest ever CL victory, first clean sheet away from home.

Roberts in the center instead of Rogić, and Forrest on the right wing. Rogić requires two solid destroyers behind him. Ntcham doesn't fit the bill. Lovely passer at times, but not a defensive stalwart. We're * if Brown's injury is severe.
