I've never met any myself unfortunately.

Who's met any Celtic players and what was the occasion and what were they like?

Loads in the 90's, used to go along the road to the Seamill Hydro on the Friday after school before we played the Huns and meet the team then they would let us go on their after meal walk with them. I remember Andy Walker was brand new :giggle1:

    None of the current crop.

In '91 met a few, Paul Elliot was great. Met the whole team as a mascot in '92. Peter Grant was incredible with me, the majority were very pleasant.

Met Hartson and McNamara in a nightclub in Stirling in 2003, gave them drunken ramblings about how much I loved them.

Lions I've met McNeil, Lennox, Auld, and Tommy Gemmell. All absolute gentemen.

Met Tosh McKinlay and Mark McNally at a dinner once, McNally was quite shy and reserved unlike Tosh who I shared some banter about Dundee with.

Izzy, GMS, Matthews and Kelvin Wilson all in town at different times. Just all normal blokes, good guys.

Met Kenny Dalglish in Dundee, well stalked him for his autograph, although he was manager of Liverpool at the time.

Met Paul Lambert and was slightly disappointed. Think I just presumed he would love me as much as I loved him. :giggle1:

Met Andy Thom after going to the game straight from work one day, had to leave my work bag with security and forgot to get it back. Had to go in Monday morning to get it and was hanging around the reception area while they went to get it and out walked Atom, full kit on as well.

I was about 17 at the time at the time and I was still like a gibbering wreck. Got his autograph though when I finally plucked up the courage to talk to him.

I was very fortunate in the MON era that my mums uncle was a scout for Celtic, as a birthday present for my older brother he got us invited into the home dressing room to meet the first team before we played Aberdeen. This was on Ramon Vega's debut. I was still fairly young at the time so was a nervous wreck and hardly spoke a word to any of the players but Tom Boyd introduced us to every single player who were all gents. Except Paul Lambert who signed our autograph book without looking in our direction then threw it back at us, never liked him after that.
