Clarke, Larsson and Mjallby :icon_mrgreen: Alan Thompson brought in with McNamara as well as manager and coach of the Develpment squad.

John Hughes has just left ict. Great knowledge of the Scottish game and nice history with the club. Dunno if he'd like the "no 2" role though?

Seeing as Rodgers gets criticised (fairly or not) for not being as good a defensive coach as offensive, id like to see a good defensive coach brought in.

As for names....cant really think of any of the top of my head.

They do, they'll play a massive part. A lot of how we play will come down to how happy the players are and that will come down to how good the coaches are, keeping them happy at training, getting one well and creating a good spirit.

Ronny and Collins seemed too focused on improvement and fitness which probably split the squad as a lot of players don't want to improve and arent concerned about being 10% fitter by eating healthier etc they just want to enjoy themselves and play.

Would be like Spectre from the old bond films. Rodgers stroking a cat with all those mentioned round the table.

If he gets as good a coaching team as Lennon did he'll be great.

Parker, Thompson and Mjallby were great picks by Lennon. Didnt really work out as well when Thompson left and that other guy Steve McLaughlin or something and Danny McGrain took his place though.

Well then I hope Rodger's has the balls to get rid of them and the board (will) back him up.

That extra 10% can mean everything in Europe, often Scottish teams are blowing out their * against fitter European squads.

Rodger's won't accept any less than he did at Liverpool, professional well paid footballers should be eating healthy. They're paid to exercise ffs, realistically! :smiley-laughing002:

It really would be the perfect balance, and why not eh, not a lot of people would have imagined we would get Rodgers.

What is the deal with Kennedy? Has he left? Or getting youth coaching role? Think its best for all parties if we cut that regime out all together, its the big mans call though.
