    I'm needing some help with getting on xbox live.
    I can't join any parties or games. I've phoned xbox and they told me to contact my service provider who in turn told me it was an xbox problem?????

    Xbox says AOL need to open the ports????
    AOL didn't understand what they meant???

    Has anyone had this problem or have any info on how to get back online???

    I've also heArd that your membership gets reduced to silver before the year is up.
    Is this true?????

    On the dashboard go to settings and then privacy and see what's blocked off there.

    And go to parental control settings under the family tab, access might be restricted.
