    Fans obsess with spending. It's about the players....Wanyama as an example.

    Biton highly rated and may be a better ball playing footballer. Lets wait and see

    Wilson replaced by Van Dijk
    Hooper replaced by Pukki
    Wanyama replaced by Biton

    On top of that we have bought Boerrigter and Balde which will give us some different options. Give these guys a chance.

    No one is obsessed about spending. We are worried the team is missing some essential ingredients, an out and out goalscorer for one. You cannot gamble with that given the money we have received.

    Do you think pukki is capable of scoring as much as hooper has done here? I've only seen youtube clips so couldn't compare the two.

    Can't pretend I'm not dissapointed we didn't sign one or two more, but at least we got Pukki.

    My only worry is that the new signings may not make the same impact as Hooper, Wanyama, and Wilson.

    A last minute bid for a guy, shows he is most likely the bottom of the barrel. Given their chairmans stance it also doesn't show that we were ever serious about him. I also stated a goalscorer, if you think Tomlin is a goalscorer then I can't even begin to imagine your thoughts on football.
