Your a season behind. This season we were ranked 18th.

07/08 dropped out this season not 2014/15 which only considers the previous 5 seasons.

    09/10
    10/11
    11/12
    12/13
    13/14

Here is the table from Uefa's own website...Scotland ranked 24th for next season. (13/14)

Sorry but it is yourself that is a season behind.

This season used the 2010/11 country ranking (Scotland were 15th).
Next season uses the 2011/12 country ranking (Scotland are 18th)
2014/15 season uses the 2012/13 country ranking which, as your link shows, Scotland are ranked 24th.

Got a funny feeling out team will be so unsettled for the qualifiers that we'll * it up

    You are clearly a moron.

Scotland is currently ranked 24th with 15.191 points since we have reached the latter stages of the CL and only the major leagues have teams left (Top 15) this will not change.

Hence we go into season 2013/2014 ranked 24th...any points we collect will be added to the 15.191 and season 08/09 (1.875) will be removed.

This season Scotland was ranked 15th i.e. the 2010/11 country ranking:

    http://www.uefa.com/uefachampionsleague/season=2013/accesslist/index.html

Next season uses the 2011/12 country ranking where Scotland is 18th.

[ame="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2013%E2%80%9314_UEFA_Champions_League"]2013–14 UEFA Champions League - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia[/ame]

2014/15 season uses the 2012/13 ranking where Scotland is ranked 24th.

Apologise for your opening remark whenever you are ready.

The 2nd QR has been regionalised in the past, so if the same again, we'll avoid a trip to Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and the like.

We'll be seeded and hopefully get TNS, Sligo or Cliftonville in the first round we play.

Just hope to avoid Zeljeznicar. Don't want our support to be drawn into THAT conflict.
The Bosnians banned a lot of their clubs supporters from away matches because of the ill feeling between rival clubs supporters instigated by the ethnic cleansing (murders and rapes) during their war that still causes problems over there.

Maybe too early to say but I'm looking forward to the qualifiers with a sense of dread. If we get knocked out of Europe in the qualifiers next season will be incredibly dull

would really like to avoid BATE Borisov, Dinamo Zagreb, Maccabi Tel Aviv and Steaua Bucharest, think they'ed be tough especially if we've not started our domestic season yet. Don't fancy a trip to Moldova either..

Scotland's ranking is not likely to improve much anytime soon, so it's up to us to do well in Europe to at least ensure we're seeded throughout the qualification rounds.

With the right approach I don't think we should have many problems in the 2nd round, but from then on it'll also be depending on what teams we draw. Some dangerous unseeded floaters we can get.

With all due respect, the teams we are in line to play are the * end of European football, makes it all the more worrying as a potential massive banana skin. Especially considering our attitude to domestic matches against lesser sides

Every time Rangers got pumped out Europe at the earliest possible opportunity (or any other SPL team for that matter) I always said to my mates who were pishing themselves that we would eventually pay for this. Starting weeks before everyone else and having to play several tricky rounds is exactly what * European performances from other SPL teams (and lets be quite honest here, ourselves at well at times) has rewarded us with.

Nobody wants to see Rangers do especially well in Europe but it certainly does us no favours when the coefficient drops like a stone.

We desperately need a half decent effort from a Motherwell or something this year.

Yeah we really need European football otherwise like you say a lot of Celtic fans will find next season very boring.

Even if it is the Europa League (which would feel like such a step backwards especially after this season's CL campaign).

Since 2 of the SPL teams enter at lower rounds they should win their games and earn more points points....what we really need is Motherwell to start getting into europe every year to boost their own club coefficient then they will start to become seeded.

They have done for the last several years and still been beaten by diddy teams out of Albania or something.

And I can't see any SPL club bar us to be seeded, ever.
