I have to admit I find myself very much embarrassed - by the Scottish football establishment.

And faced with a decent, honourable human being with a propensity for speaking his mind, I honestly don't think they quite know how to cope.

All the best Neil - please don't stop telling the truth.

The thing that makes me cringe is the comments about he has put his life on the line, RCs do that all the time in this country, how many young fans have done this, for there support of the club or other politcal partys, he has had some horrendous abuse as a player and manager but he needs to act with dignity, we need to score more goals than the rest and only then will things even thenselvels out, for we can only beat them with skill, but at the moment, his tactics have been shocking absolute pish

Yeah, his tactics are *, I hate being a country mile clear at the top of the league. I was deeply embarrassed when we clawed back a 15 point lead and I was totally ashamed when we went on an incredible unbeaten run. What a crap tactician he is:87:

    Agreed.

I felt myself personally degraded when we chalked up our 20th consecutive domestic victory.

Think how much we might have achieved if only our manager had a clue about tactics. :56:

I voted no .....but I do think he needs to be more even handed with his blasts at refs & also dop it when we win ...if he only does it when we loose it looks like he is looking for excuses.

What about when we got the benefit of a couple of decisions Hearts & Huns ball over line .....officials are just * ....that said I think the sfa did not want us winning last week ...I do think the sfa have an agenda against Celtic .....but Lenny must talk up every single time he feels we have been on the wrong end or even the right end, but then again who among us has never made a mistake ....or is it more than that .

Personally I just think Refs in Scotland are not very good but the sfa will never admit it.

Dougie McDonald, Hugh Dallas, Jim Farry.

three huns who have been bulleted for crimes against our club.

    You think that's just coincidence?

No it's not & as I said I think the sfa have an agenda against us.

OK let me put it another way Lenny needs to be more Jock Stein & Alex Fergusson when he is trying to get his point across ...more ways to get a result than being so in yer face.

Great sticking up for whats right ...but hard to do your job sitting in the stand.

I agree with this. I love Lennon and I have a lot of respect for the guy. But to me he has to learn to control himself more - if for no other reason it isnt healthy. Sometimes he looks like he is literally mad and he blows his top too often for a man in his position. I also do not like the culture in football of resorting to blasting referees when managers lose games - but this happens everywhere so isnt specific to celtic or Lennon. Hopefully he will mellow a bit with age.

Either way he certainly isnt no embarrassment.

Show me one video of Lenny losing his rag.

And I mean interviews, not on the touchline where every manager acts the same.

So do you think Lenny is subtle ?

I think he has the potential to be a great manager.

I don't need to read the papers to see what Lenny's inteviews are like I can watch on the tv or listen on the way home from games on the radio not a tabloid in sight ...I only go by what I see him saying & what I hear him saying his own words nothing basterdised ...no I'm not saying I don't agree with what he says but I think in his position as manager of one of the biggest clubs in the world he could go aboput it in a bit different manner .

Maybe he should decline to say anything after a defeat & just send Mjallby out to talk to the hacks till such times he calms down.

I asked the last poster the same thing I'm asking you.

Go and find me an interview of Neil losing the rag like you say he does in an interview.

Show me how Lenny has to calm down, give me proof of this raving lunatic we have managing us????
