I'd pay twice that to see The National easily, my favourite band right now, from the sound of the 5 songs I've heard about to release their 5th excellent album in a row. Tragically they're not playing anywhere in this country though, I still haven't seen them live, might megabus it down to England for one of their dates there.

I would have got tickets if I hadn't went to Murrayfield last year to see them.

Full of absolute and utter jakes, worse than TITP. They themselves were utterly boring as well, about as much charisma as a brick wall.

Was actually thinking about going down to England to see them aswell. New album out soon plus a film on them called 'mistaken for strangers'. Personally think they will go down in music history as legends. Might start a thread on them to see whoelse is into them.

Off to see Mogwai playing Zidane 21st century portrait tonight. Will be a strange album to watch live i think, not sure how it will be but very much looking forward to it. Favourite band for a long time and one of the best live acts out there.

Does anyone here remember a band called Senser?

Supporting them tonight at audio....only scottish date their doing.

Can't say I'd heard of them until recently but they seem no bad. Sort of rap/rock/metal.

I've got Arctic Monkeys 1st November, Stereophonics 7th November and Beady Eye 10th November.

Quite a busy 10 day period to be honest. I'm not really into Beady Eye but I got the tickets because it's the Barrowlands and every gig I've ever been to has been good there!

Got a night of "goffed up" tunage tonight at Classic Grand. Front Line Assembly (old school industrial), and Je$us Loves Amerika (newer school industrial).
