Love big Sammy but the last two games have certainly been an eye opener in the way forward with the squad we have..

Well he has said he isn't interested in money so I doubt it.

Hope he goes elsewhere though. Like playing with a man down sometimes. Don't think there has been a Celtic player who frustrates me as much as him.

I live here in Toronto. If this happens ... *. I will say this, though ... Toronto's Greektown along Danforth Ave. is truly world-famous, so he'd feel at home in a city with a massive Greek population who truly love their football.

Even if Pukki isn't playing great, it's not exactly an ideal like for like swap. Because Samaras isn't a striker, and we have seen that on many occasions.

Where would you have him playing? Serious question.

use him in part exchange for an out and out striker ala Finbo, he's played in Holland before so he might fancy it again

On the left or in an advanced role. Obviously. That's the positions he's capable of playing. I reckon he could surprise people if played up front in this new formation

I don't think it's between him and Pukki. I think Pukki was lucky to get a game against Motherwell. It's more between Sammy, Commons, Stokes and Brown in this formation.

On the left is his best position, there is no doubt about that in my opinion. But as we saw in Europe especially, he offers virtually no defensive cover, and hinders Izaguirre getting forward. So in my opinion, he cannot play there. It upsets the balance to our team when he plays left midfield.

The other option as you say is up top, where he has struggled badly in the past the majority of the time.

In an attacking midfield role mate?

For me, that would be a disaster. He hasn't got the footballing intelliegence for that role.

His best position is on the left upfront. Where he has no defensive duties.

It's not a position we play very often.
